  Nice and helpful office staff, quick and efficient maintenance man who is friendly. I've enjoyed living here for the most part, although some of the neighborhood children need to have their butt lit up by their parents.. other than that it's a nice place to live.

  Not the worst place to live, but the upkeep is lacking and it can be kind of noisy there. Parking is tight as well.
