This establishment is disgusting! They receptionist are rude and Dr.Flo is a joke. I was treated horribly there and have asked to be taken off the mailing list several times and still receiving e-mails. If I could shut this place down on my own I would. GHETTO enviorment.

Dr Richmond and her staff are GREAT! They make me feel comfortable and seem genuinely glad I became a patient. Making an appointment is always easy & never make you wait long, yet takes her time with you. I'd definitely recommend!!! I have drop foot & have a lot of trouble with it. Dr Richmond puts my mind at ease, yet honest with me, when I have an issue. If she doesn't know, she'll find out or refer to someone that does. Very happy I found this practice.

i was new to dayton, but when i heard of this place i had to check it out the staff and doctors are awesome here. always answering my questions and always pleasant ppl. thanks for being so caring Richmond foot :)

I went in for my appointment today prepared to pay the $10 copay. Instead, the receptionist informed me that Dr. Richmond is not in my network, which I've known since being her patient for about 2 years. The receptionist goes on to tell me, I'll have to pay out of pocket today for my visit. I've always been billed from all past visits. My issue is why this wasn't communicated when I made the appointment a week ago. So, I didn't get seen, and my foot still hurts.

I've been a patient of Dr Richmond since 2011 when I was diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetic by my primacy care physician. She and her staff treat patients as if they are family. Anything that you have questions about or need help with is taken seriously and responded to timely. I continue to recommend her office to anyone needed a good podiatrist.
