I would highly recommend Exact Roofing and definitely use them again! Todd Michaelis, the owner, is very professional, knowlegeable, punctual and reliable. He has been in the business a very long time and very competitive with his products and prices. I met with numerous roofing company representatives and he is the one I was most impressed with. He took his time going over all the various products and options for repairing my 20yr old roof. His crew worked hard to get the job done in 4 days (4,000 sq ft single-level home) and cleaned up after themselves every day when finished. He also is very competitive with his warranty.

My husband and I used Exact Roofing to replace our 40 year old roof. We contacted multiple companies for a quote and they were the most responsive and reasonably priced. The team that performed the work exceeded expectations, including thoroughly cleaning the front and back yard each day prior to their departure. Todd was extremely communicative throughout the process and made us feel at ease. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exact Roofing to friends & family.

Everything about our experience with Exact roofing was professional and of good quality. Not only did they provide service in a timely manner, but provided it earlier than expected. Exact also returned to our home to repair an unexpected problem caused by our air conditioning contractor. Exact went above and beyond our expectations of a roofing contractor.

My experience in having a new roof put on my home was nothing more than a pleasure. EVERYTHING was completed on time and the cost was much less than any quote I received. I am very happy that I choose Exact Roofing and Construction to do the job. The crew that performed the work were not just good but they were EXCELLENT. I highly recomend this company in fact they are going to put a new roof on my daughters house.
