I brought three pieces of jewelry in for repair recently. I was very pleased with the service and my repaired jewelry is perfect, good as new! I was so surprised to receive a refund, because the work didn't cost as much as expected. That is high integrity. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone!

Jackie and Richard had my high scores! Jackie is very warm, attentive, paying attention to details. I had an old ring to refresh, she used magnifying glasses to write down the number engraved on the ring, and verify it again when I picked it up 4 days later. The repair work is miraculous, I can't wait to show it. Keep up the good work Jackie and Richard!

I was looking for a jeweler that can create a design I had for an engagement ring. This place was exactly what I was looking for. The jeweler had a very large selection of custom designed rings and would be able to complete the design that I created myself. We ended up getting one of his custom designs on the spot at an incredible price. The customer service was far better than that of pretty much any business that I've been in for years. A Fantastic Place.

Richard's is a wonderful store and have never had anything but great service. Jackie is an absolute doll and bends over backwards to be helpful. When I first met them 8 years ago I wanted to add a little to my wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary. She could have sold me any setting in her case and had me spend thousands of dollars. Instead, she showed me a setting that was of all things on sale. My stone fit beautifully in it. Since that first experience my husband has purchased me many items from them. All wonderful! My mother and sister have also had jewelry made and re-sized there and nothing but a great experience. I would recommend anyone to shop at Richard's!!!!
