  I don't know of a business in all of Central Wisconsin with better customer service than this place! In addition, their prices are super competitive! Even if I had to pay more (which I usually don't ), I would go here versus buying something online.

  Fantastic knowledge and service. Came in with a busted cassette soon to close, with a race in the morning. They took care of me, replaced fast and good prices.

  Very good service, a fairly large selection of mountain bikes and accessories. I asked a few questions about what they have for sale and answered all of my questions kindly.

  I think everyone has “their” bike shop, and Rib Mountain Cycles has been mine for quite some time. From back in the day of the Fatboy 415 to today where I’m the old guy commuting to work I trust Randy and the gang will take the time to get me and my family what we need.
  Couple of things to make sure things go smoothly:
  1. weekends are normally really busy so I like to go on my lunch hour when possible to beat the rush.
  2. Their website has a lot of what they have I. The store so go on their and if your not quite sure after thatgive them a call or stop in with the brand or models of what you want.
  3. Rememberyou can’t have too many bikes. 😄
