Bought a truck there a year ago for $17,000, now they only offered me $9,500.00 on a trade in, with only 9,000 miles added, very nice truck "loaded. Kelly Blue rated it at $12,000 plus on trade in value. Sat there alone for a long time while they planned out. Couldn't do anything for me so I left.

beware.i took my truck to get the tires rotated.i watched the guy pop off my wheel caps and let each one fall to the ground.then they told me my brakes were good.i was watching them and told them they didnt look at them.she told me they only do a visual inspection.I said how can you inspect them if you didnt take the drums off.then she got a manager and he said they pop off a rubber grommet to look. i said they didnt do it. so they asked the guy if he did that.he hee-haawed then finally said he did not do it.twice this has happened to me.i complained to the top manager he said thanx for the feed back.discraceful.shame on you all

My husband and I drove 8 hours round trip to Rhinelander Auto Center to buy a car we had only seen in pictures. Salesman Drew Foss went above and beyond taking care of every little thing, sent pictures of any nicks, dings, responded to my texts on his days off, etc. and was up front about the condition of the vehicle. In a situation where we could have been easily taken advantage of, we experienced the upmost honesty and respect from Drew. When we arrived everything was in order, the vehicle was immaculate and as described, and the deal was completed in less than 2 hours (very important when you are staring down 4 hour drive home). I have been known to walk away, no matter how long the drive, from the perfect vehicle at the perfect price if I don't feel comfortable with the dealership staff. I cannot say enough good things about Drew, Brock, Tim and the rest of the staff at Rhinelander Auto Center. I know a good dealership when I see one and they were definitely worth the 8 hour drive!

Was in here a couple weeks ago looking to purchase a vehicle. I have to say that I'm very pleased with how everything played out! From the salesman to the sales manager to the finance guy, everyone was very nice and welcoming! I feel they went above and beyond to get me into a reasonable car. I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the market for a vehicle! I will be back to purchase my next car Thanks guys

Great experience. Adam Merkel worked very well with me to get me in a truck I like. The sale of my truck was good. Now that I need my truck serviced I have called GM 6 times they have not answered I have tried to schedule service on the website and they have not replied. I will no longer be buying vehicles at GM or servicing them there

We bought a 2012 Equinox here in November. Austin McGowan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process very enjoyable. My family is in love with our Equinox, and we will be back when we purchase our next vehicle.
