Scott Marston and Willie the clown in the Quick Lube are both top notch JERKS! Horrible customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere .Ford Motor should be ashamed of this dealership.

Willie at the front desk gets me in and takes care of oil changes, flat tires and even rattles usually as soon as I drive up. Fair pricing and good service. I would recommend to anyone.

Idiots forgot to air up the tire when they rotated them. I called to simply ask a question and person who always mans the front desk was very rude. Bunch of Bozo's in there working if you ask me

The service was fine but the guy working the front desk was very rude. He had a very condescending attitude when going through what could be wrong with the car, then proceeded to tell us our car was basically falling apart. We scheduled an appointment next door to learn that everything wrong was normal wear and tear (that you would expect after 100,000 miles) and that most of it was of no concern. If you need a quick oil change or tire rotation I would recommend going somewhere else.

It was the worst. The oil change was fine but the service is terrible. The front desk person was rude the entire time. It wasn't done but I asked him for a price so I had a general idea. He said no very rudely and would not tell me why. I ask why not and said he doesn't know what engine I have. Well I know full well he could of looked at the report in front of his face since I have been in plenty of times with the same truck, or even asked me what size engine I have. I also asked when it will be done and gave a very sarcastic response of "when they finish". That will be the last time I will give this quick lane any more business.
