Not only are they very unprofessional they treat their staff as disposable pieces even after years of service. They have had multiple lawsuits against them for the same reason. Just an overall poorly run business. Undeserving of support or business.

I have been a tenant at Camino Del Rio Plaza in Mission Valley for over four years, then for reasons unknown to me the property managers decided to hire RG Investment Real Estate services.
So far I have experienced failure to communicate via not responding to emails, sending two different amounts owed for monthly rent, and several miscommunications.
When you work out of a professional building like this one there is an extremely high value in developing positive relationships with tenants. As a recipients of their 'services' let me tell you that RG Investments has failed to meet this standard. I highly recommend if you wish to keep happy, loyal, long term committed tenants to look elsewhere.

RG has met all of my property management needs. Over the last 40 plus years of owning rental properties, they rank within the top 1 or 2 best. Bonnie McGregor is my property manager at RG. She does an excellent job. Most importantly for me, she seems to understand my level of desired involvement in terms of potential tenants, maintenance requests, rental rates, and reviewing invoices. It just feels good.
