They deserve no stars. Tried to claim front and back brakes were needed. less than 5 months after the front brakes had been replaced.

Brian, Keith and Emmanuel are top notch people. I trust NO ONE ELSE with all of my family's vehicles. We took all 4 in this Saturday, 9/30 for oil changes and routine maintenance. All were done in a timely, efficient manner. This Merchant's branch is the best!

I only had an oil change this time, but I have never had a problem with this shop. The store manager seems like a great guy. They recently went through a management change less than a year ago so a lot of the negative reviews are irrelevant. Definitely worth giving a shot.

Overall the store does a great job and has taken great care of me and my family. We had an issue this Saturday. I purchased tires and an oil change. I wanted the oil change on a separate invoice from the tires so I could pay cash for the oil change and put the tires on my Merchant's card. Apparently the tech didn't see the other invoice and did not change my oil. I had to go back to the store. Brian took care of it personally for me. That is making lemonade from lemons. He did a great job. That is why I ditched Firestone and now Merchant's is my family's choice for all our car care.

The service is ok to horrible, price isn't bad compared to other box stores. Just length of time they take to do run of the mill items is pretty rediculous. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 3 hours . When I can do it at home with half the tools in 45mins

I was very happy with my recent visit to this Merchant's. I was able to make it there (in a panic) just as my car battery was about to give out only to realize that they were about to close. However, they were kind enough to offer to stay well past closing to test and replace my battery so that I was able to make it home safely. Thank you Emmanuel!

My wheel started vibrating heavily, like it was loose. I stopped here with no appointment or anything because I was a ways from home. They were super helpful, and had a technician tighten the wheel and torque it down for me free of charge. Second time merchant's has come through for me in a pinch with something minor and hasn't tried to charge me for it. I'll be looking here for my next set of tires.

I am extremely disappointed in this store and the service they offer. I must say Google reviews are accurate and depict the poor service at this location. On 8-26-16 at 8:47 am I dropped off my vehicle to get new brakes and rotors. The total charge for this service was $446.49. The brakes appeared to be working properly for the first couple of days and afterward I began to smell something burning whenever I pressed on my brakes. I brought it back to the shop the following week and one of the technicians advised they were new brakes thus the burning smell. I believed him and went my merry way. The week of 4-2-17, the new brakes I bought began to squeak. I brought the vehicle back to the shop on 4-23-17 and the diagnoses was the brakes were installed the wrong was so one part was wearing hence the noise. I had a warranty on the brakes so they were replaced. As usual it was okay for a couple of days and began hearing this noise as though there was air in the brakes whenever I stepped on it. Took it back on 5-1-17, an associate took a look at it and couldn't tell where the noise was coming from. He oiled the rotors to see if that will work- it didn't. He advised me to drive it for about 5 days and if the noise persists I can bring it back and the brakes will be changed because it's under warranty. I found time to bring it on 5-25-17, dropped it off and a good buddy of mine picked me up and brought me back that evening only to find out nothing was changed. I mean my car sat in the parking lot and supposedly 3 associates took a look at it and could find nothing wrong. I know they could all hear the noise and they told me there is nothing wrong with it?! There is NO way I'll ever take my business there or advise anyone to ever take their vehicles there. This gross incompetence is ridiculous. I want my brakes changed once for all so I can appropriately discontinue coming to that store. I'm waiting to speak with the Manger.

So glad they got rid of the old staff. This new staff is amazing. Greg kept me informed while I was waiting (didn't take long). Very happy with service.

The service I received for state inspection, wheel balance, rotation, alignment, radiator flush, brake fluid replacement was fantastic. They estimated $250 for it all, and I was charged $257. They were quick and delivered within their timeline. Much appreciated, I'll be back for sure.

So I have absolutely no idea why anyone would give this place one star, this is hands down some of the best auto-care I have ever received.I took my car hear to have lights installed and was updated constantly about the status of my car, nothing was done without first calling me first, and I was given suggestions about the most affordable route to take with fixing my car.Im definitely coming here for any auto-care in the future.

Took my car here for my State Inspection, only because I was really late on it and the shop I usually go to was closed over the holiday weekend.

I left my car Saturday morning around 8.30am he told me already they probably wouldn't get to it anymore and that was fine with me, I did not need the car before Monday.
Saturday afternoon I receive a call that there were issues that would have to be fixed so I could pass.
It was two light bulbs and apparently something with the breaks. His estimation round about $400. (First estimate was actually $496, but he was "nice" enough to give me some discounts.)
So this seemed all a little strange to me, as I just had a oil change a couple if month ago and my usual car guy is very up forward and usually tells us sometimes month ahead if something was wrong and needed attention.
When I said that this seems a little high to me the customer rep. responded: "well young lady, if you cant afford it I am glad to open up a merchants credit card for you and you just pay that off" yeah, alright.

I told him I would pick the car up Monday to get a second opinion. Rejected.

To make a long story short I ended up paying $42 for new break lights and the new inspection. The break issue was not inspection related and did not need immediate attention.

I will for sure NEVER return to Merchant's. I just hope somebody is smarter then me and reads the reviews before not after

The one star is purely for the fact that they fixed the problem that THEY caused and because Google makes me give at least one star. I brought my car here for an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter for high mileage. You would think this wouldn't be an issue, easy in and out. NOT AT ALL!! First I made an appointment and it still took them 2 1/2hours. Then the tech, Josh, who apparently is new(super neat), drained my transmission fluid and not my oil. Then filled my car with 6 qts of oil on top of what was already in there. I go to leave the parking lot and of course my transmission is putting. By the way, I have a Suburu. One of the best engine made cars you can buy with very little issues, if any. Then they bring the car to the back to attempt to fix it and takes them over an hour just to get the nut loose to drain the oil. After a 7 hour oil change I would like to say, DO NOT COME HERE!!
