  Urgent Care:
  My MA Avery was amazing and so was her physician partner! They saw us quickly and listened to every concern. They were willing to do tests that we asked for because of what our family had been diagnosed with. She asked whether I wanted a male or female doctor because I’m a SA victim. She asked if I wanted water and asked before she touched me at all. She was super kind and tried to explore every possible option.
  ALSO- they let me change with total privacy when I requested a pelvic exam. When I needed help tying me gown they did it without looking, even though they were about to do a pelvic exam. I felt SO respected.
  I’ve had to come here multiple times and while sometimes the wait time can be decently longer, they always try their best to give quality care.
  I have a service dog and they respected that. They looked at all different pharmacies to see which worked best with my insurance, even though they have their own pharmacy.
  The front desk people worked quickly and told us exactly what was going to happen before they could see us. The check in was sent quickly and they had us leave a sample prior to appt so they could have results ready.
  Every time I’ve had a test done during an appt, it only took 1-2 days to get a result. With other urgent cares, I’ve waited up to 2 weeks for results.

  This office is super awesome! The nurses and doctors are super nice and caring. Sometimes it takes a bit to get back to the room, but other than that it’s wonderful!

  Let me start off by saying I never leave bad reviews, it’s not my thing. I like to praise people when I can or let go of the unsatisfactory experience and just forget about It all together. This situation is different than I have ever experienced with Revere Health. I’ve been with them for over a year now and have had nothing, but wonderful health care and more than pleasant experience with the front staff, schedulers and health care practitioners. I’ve visited several of the facilities all over Utah County, all wonderful interactions, so much so I’ve enjoyed going to the doctor. This time my experience was so out of the ordinary I had to leave a review to advise others not to visit the Provo Imaging site. The reception staff at this facility are rude, insincere, callus and confusing with directions as to what is allowed and what isn’t and their information to advise on what protocol is. This protocol also changes by the minute. I’ve gotten several different answers as to why my appointment needed to be rescheduled and no one could explain why the reasons were all across the board. It seems like the Provo Imaging office staff are petty and angry so they take out their frustrations on patients desperate for health care, people who have little options as to where they can seek treatment. The Provo Imaging staff is in no way compassionate for patients with real health concerns. If you actually need help AVOID this location at all costs. They will give you the run around and you’ll be left confused while still needing to be seen by a real doctor/physician/nurse. So who is to blame for all of this, the front staff claims that the radiologist is coming up with these wildly different answers. So there goes the ability to have a direct conversation with the person responsible for all the strange unsubstantiated rescheduling claims. It seems that to avoid accountability they are blaming the radiologist so they can seem innocent in why they are giving wildly different answers when pressed on the issue. So despite having an order from my doctor to get some imaging done, the front staff just decided for whatever reason they’re saying the radiologist is coming up with that I no longer can have my imaging done and need to wait at least 6 months to return. When I see my doctor next, who is supposed to be reviewing these images with me, I will hardly have an answer to tell her why I was unable to get the imaging done.

  My wife was scheduled for a 2pm mammogram appointment today while I was at work. She drove all the way to Provo with our newborn and toddler, parked the car, went into the building, and arrived early. After waiting in the lobby, she was abruptly told that she couldn't have the mammogram because she's breastfeeding. Excuse me, what? My wife has a tumor in her breast, in the same spot she had a tumor before (a tumor that had to be surgically removed). My wife has had mammograms before while still breastfeeding, so that's never been presented as an issue, ever. A quick Google search proves that it's not unsafe to have a mammogram while breastfeeding. When I called the Revere Provo facility, I asked why my wife was refused a mammogram. This is when their story changed. The lady on the phone told me that my wife was turned away because she brought "guests" with her. Those "guests" are my newborn and my toddler. I said, "Nobody told us when we scheduled the appointment that we couldn't bring our children." The lady had nothing to say. We cannot afford daycare for our children, and we have nobody to watch our children. Thanks, Revere! You've been super helpful and accommodating!

  I like my doctor but, it's almost impossible to reach him. So tired of waiting almost an hour every time just to make an appointment - and forget it if you need immediate help. Several friends and family feel the same. I'm looking for another doctor.
