I bought my first car, which meant getting my own insurance. Working with Western Mass Auto has been great. They made the process easy and was consistent in communication. Answered all my constant questions and always got back to me before the day ended. Something very note worthy is them finding the right policy for you, going through all scenarios and probabilities for coverage. I will likely continue my coverage through Western Mass Auto Insurance as long as I can.

I was very happy with the customer service. They are always finding low prices for me and my family! The Best policy I have gotten, in a long time. She was patient, professional and more than willing to help me get the best rates she could find. They were fairly busy when I went in and while I was there, but she didn't rush anyone, took time, and maintained a good pace. Over all great experience doing business there.

Easy billing and affordable insurance. I called to get my truck back on the road. They were even able to register my plates. Thanks for all the agents that helped me! I have nothing but praise to say about Western Mass Auto Insurance Agency. If you are looking for professional, courteous, prompt attention and resolutions to all your insurance needs, you don’t need to look any further. I have both my vehicles and homes insured with this agency and couldn’t be more pleased. The prices are super amazing! Entire team of this agency are committed to customer satisfaction. This agency truly is the best insurance I have ever had. (I’ve had all the major companies too, none compare in price, quality or customer service). I have saved tons of money on insurance and I owe it all to Western Mass' amazing agency. Most importantly, the dedication and level of service that you get with local Agency is beyond comparison. I’m only sad I didn’t discover them sooner. They truly are the best in Massachusetts. I highly recommend them!

Ive used them before and was extremely pleased with their service so naturally when it came time to insure again I returned and was delighted with a better policy. This place truly is the best in Massachusetts. They are fast and affordable with great rates!
