  As a former employee of the franchise, and a customer for 15 years, I'm giving 1 star because i can never get a consistent sandwich. This store, and all the others I've been to many times in the duluth area, all fail to measure the ingredients. Again, former employee, so I know its doctrine to not bother measuring things like mayo. The results are an entirely dry sandwich, or a soupy mess. This is the only thing theyd need to fix for me to give them 5 stars. Is it a huge deal? No. Will it stop me from eating there? Yes, and I hope they fix it in the future. I'll give them another shot next year, but for now, it's back to jimmy johns

  I have had great experiences from this place, but after tonight I couldn't believe, that the delivery driver didn't let me know my food was sitting in the cold, My order was missing 10$ of the food I ordered. so if you want a place that doesn't care about customers, and enjoying stealing money from you. this is the place to go
