I love the patient, gracious ladies who keep my appointments in order. Always smiling! Lindsey is amazing. I love her blow outs. Lots of body to my hair. She truly is the best. Dayna makes the dreaded facial waxing painless.

The spa was clean and nicely decorated in calm colors. The waiting room had plush chairs, and we were only waiting for a few minutes since we arrived early. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had pedicures and the specialists were meticulous with the polish and cheerful.

I have been here several times and have always been treated very respectfully by the front desk staff. I have only ever gone for massages, but my husband and I will not go anywhere else. We both get massages from Meredith, as she has magic hands. Highly recommend massages here.

I had a terrible experience and will never go back to this place. The front desk people are so dam rude that they don't care about their clients. I felt like if they are so rude to customer I wonder how they are even treating their employees. The put the blame on me for them not communicating and recording correctly in their system. Apart from that the lady was talking at the top of her voice while others are staring at us. Service is ok. Over all my impression on this place is terrible and will never return back. If you are going for relaxing and taking a break from your hectic life..this is NOT the place to go as you will feel miserable afterwards. That's how I felt. There are other places in the area who are more welcoming and does much better service. Go explore them.

I've had many services at the Retreat and I have always been pleased with the quality and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. The spa side is very beautiful and the atmosphere is exactly what you want when you are having a little pampering. I love my hair stylist, Wendi. She won me over the first time she cut my hair by being very friendly, taking a good amount time to discuss what I wanted, and giving me a great cut. I have noticed that sometimes on busy days the salon side looks a little unorganized and messy. (Hair on the floor, messy stations, etc.) I have also observed parents bringing their children to the salon side. I wish the salon didn't allow this because there isn't really room for extra people back there who aren't receiving services so the kiddos end up wandering around getting underfoot.
