They have decent WiFi, so that kept them at 3 stars instead of 2 stars. Odd, that the protein line was not self service. At other Genghis Grills, you made it your self. At this location you tell them what you want and they drop a small serving in your bowl.

The veggies are self service, but were well picked through, and many were almost out, and the staff did not appear to want to refill anything.

Service is all but nonexistent expect no or slow drink refills. Get use to empty glasses.

The only time I saw my server was the order, one drink refill and about two times asking if I wanted to see the desert menu as she processed my payment. On that note I paid cash, and she did not bring back the change. While my intent was to leave the change as a tip, it’s normally nice for the staff to ask.

The cooks rock though! The guys look to be having fun and we’re more than willing to do something special.

Update: Went for a second time and loved it. We got served quickly and the food is delicious. It took a second to understand the flavors of what we were trying, but once we did ohhh boyyy. It was very filling; if you know what you're doing, you can stretch the size of your order with a little bit of balance and spacial awareness. We will definitely go back. (As long as we get served)

I took my sons for the very first time, the people working tonight were very accommodating, helpful and patient. Ask for Howard, he is awesome sauce. I couldn't ask for a better server. My food was prepared with care due to my allergy, we will be back

DIY Hibachi. They've been here since around 2010? and they were amazing when they initially opened. You received a small bowl for your protein and a larger bowl to fill with your veggies. Now, you get 1 medium bowl for everything. The quality of their veggies are less than stellar and the wait staff are there to hurry you through you meal. One would think that you get only 1 refill because you wont see your waitress again after that. Turning tables

Today was my first time going back to eat here in several month's (life gets busy, ya know?). But seeing as I'm celebrating my birthday and it's one of my favorite foods, I decided to go here with a friend as a treat. When we entered, we were cheerfully greeted by the host and while our drinks where being prepared, we went to make or bowls. While enquiring about what happened to the sauce taste testing (something they haven't done in a while apparently) we were addressed disrespectfully by the employee who was tending the bowl bar. I was quite shocked. When I informed the manager and the owner (they both stepped in to help), they addressed the issue right then and there and personally saw to the fact that we were taken care of and that the rest of our experience was top notch. I'd like to personally thank everyone else for going above and beyond in their customer service. We were seated at the tables by the bar, and the young man tending the bar made sure our drinks were never empty and the food was exemplary, bordering on heavenly. Thank you all so much for turning around what could have been a terrible disaster and making it into a positive experience! We appreciate it and will certainly remain loyal customers.

I love coming here with my husband. We can both get the stir fry we want at a very reasonable price. .. I've also brought my aunt and uncle here who are from out of town and they seemed to love it as well.

Great concept, great food! Our server explained the process and we were off to the Fresh Market Bar to fill our bowls. The food arrived quickly and was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Sat for about 20 minutes without being served. We initially thought that the waitress may be too busy with pre existing customers to go to us, but when she serviced a party of 4 that came in behind us we left. We were only 2 people, and another group of 2 was waiting with us, and got served with relative haste( they were seated in a different section though so we can't really put that on our waitress). We just got up and left without ordering drinks or food because if the people were actively avoiding us then we do not trust them with our food.
Tl;Dr: We waited forever to be served. The service was terrible. We left because we didn't trust them with our food.

Came in kinda in a hurry on a Friday night, Joe our server was awesome in getting us seated right away and was an all around great server!! He catered to our weird request and helped get me something that wasn't put out on the bar. He also gave us extra veggies for our baby to have! Over all an awesome place!! Thanks to the management and to Joe for making it a great night!

EDIT: I've been here twice now and definitely enjoy the fare. The key to getting a good meal is PACKING your bowl (use your hands Really) to get the most stuff you possibly can. The only letdown I've experienced is that the "hot" sauces and spices need to be applied liberally in order to get a good burn. I ended up getting a sweeter meal than I wanted. Totally my fault. Also, the water taste like it states a tap with blue POWERade. I'll be back and enjoy it all despite that.

I visited once and will look for an opportunity to go back. The only problem with this place is that there are so many choices. There are three choices of bowl sizes and you can tailor your meal to whatever you feel you can handle.
