I love the fireplace and the room layout but our room is dirty and gross. It smells like cat pee in our room. Plus the hot tub is broken. Will not stay here again.

Staff not very friendly. Room service always forgot to replace used towels and supplies. I had to go to front desk to collect dishwasher supplies everyday. To add insult to injury, they left a note demanding gratuity for their 'excellent' service. I wanted to stay in town for like 3 months but moved to a different hotel due to this behaviour from their staff

Location was quiet, loved the outdoor patio with the fire. The staff was attentive, helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The single room I had was large and an open concept. Plenty of room for me to spread out and be comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

Totally blown away by the staff. We had reservations online for another place nearby that couldn't find them. This place was able to accommodate my family with 2 rooms on short notice. Very modern and trendy looking. Feels like a small apartment rather than a hotel room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 4 stars because nobody is perfect.

My family of five stayed one night in a two bedroom suite. Staff was very friendly, and the room and facility were all very clean and in very good condition. We played in the hot tub and pool, which was a little small, but still plenty fun. We had a great stay and will stay here again in the future.

Rooms and lobby were clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and powerful. That said, the walls were paper thin. We heard everything next to us, outside and above. The bed was comfortable but all the noise made around us made sleep difficult. Breakfast was nice, good variety of warm and cold items. Pool area was comfortable but the hot tub was weak, low power.

Appearance and environment clean and modern. However could hear every step taken in room above me. Also, next to the parking lot where you heard every car lock. To top it off, every night a group of smokers met in the parking lot talking and laughing. Could hear entire conversation until 2am

We live in the area and are getting married with a lot of company coming in from out of town. The reservations team worked closely with my mother to get rooms set up for all of our guests, and while they haven't all come and gone yet, my parents stay here regularly and have always had great experiences. Convenient, spacious, and quiet, if we didn't live 5 minutes away we'd definitely consider the Residence Inn for a Canton stay!
