The room was clean with 2 Queen sized beds. It was large enough that we were all comfortable, (2 adults, 2 kids.) As I said, clean and met our needs, which was a place to sleep. The shower worked and had good water pressure. There wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room, but there was a common room in the Inn that had both, and you could get hot cocoa as well. In the evening they set out cookies and chips for a snack. There was a warm Continental breakfast in the morning. Scrambled eggs and sausage gravy in a warmer. The eggs were a bit dry, as well as the biscuits, but better than some places. There were also donuts and cereal, and of course a waffle maker. The orange juice was good, but the apple juice seemed watered down. All in all though, it only cost $78 through Expedia, the view outside was spectacular, and the staff friendly and courteous. We would return again, in fact we just might have to return a few times. They offer a card that they Mark when you visit and after the 12th stay, you get a night for free.

Oh my, what a surprise! This place is so clean, pleasant, and not only is breakfast wonderful, they have snacks in the evening! Staff is friendly and welcoming.

We had a nice stay at the Carriage House #9. The room was clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a cold day walking down Main Street. The front desk staff were super friendly. The continental breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this place. The price is very affordable.

We stayed at the Carriage House #7. Had some issues such as bulbs were out in the night stand lamp bulbs out in bathroom also no extra toilet paper, the bed and pillows were terrible very hard and uncomfortable. Lots of noise from room above. Sleepless night. Room was super expensive this was not a suite that I Would expect.
Would not stay there again. Have stayed at zinck's Inn prior with a better experience. What no comments from owners only when given a good review. Disappointing.

Great location in Berlin. Not far from town and there is a gas station right across the street so you can fully fuel up before leaving. Accommodations are noce. Love the breakfast choices. They also have a snack in the evening witch is a nice treat when you get back to the room to unwind from the days adventuring.

Thoroughly enjoyed our July 4 weekend stay at Zinck's! Vacationing with 4 children under 11 is no small task, Zinck's quiet and welcoming family atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy Holmes County at its best. Our room was clean and perfect, the staff and housekeeping were great. Plus, who doesn't love a well prepared continental breakfast and even bedtime snacks! We plan to make this a yearly family outing and Zinck's will be our go-to for lodging.

We have had a very nice stay, friendly staff, clean, pretty rooms, very comfortable mattresses. Everything is nice and clean and we'll taken care of. Snacks in the evening and rockers to sit in and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Very nice breakfast. They do not cut corners, we will return!

Very clean, nice quaint hotel. Staff was very accommodating, we came in at 3 am after trying multiple other hotels that were all booked. They had a few rooms left so we grabbed one just to rest for a few hours. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the hotel.

Our room was nice. It was very clean. One tip: Be sure to put the non-slip mat down in the shower before using. I found ours after having a shower (on the back of the toilet), and I didn't realize how slippery the bottom was until I used shampoo. One complaint I had was that our air conditioner in our room was not working, and it made our room stuffy. The front desk's only solution was to "open the windows", which is what we did. It helped, but the windows had no screens in them, which was unnerving because someone from outside the room could very easily climb inside. The complimentary breakfast was nice and very convenient. The view from the Gathering Room, where evening snack and breakfast are serves, was beautiful.
