They fixed my boat for a good price but left all the trash in my boat and I had to take up a live wire they left out after I found it with my finger. Ps. It didn't feel good

TERRIBLE experience with renting a snowmobile. We rented a snowmobile and drove it for 175 miles. Did not ride down any roads and we turned it in early on a Sunday when they were closed. Never got any follow up we had to call them. They told us 4 days later that we had damaged the ski and we would have to pay for it. Ski was worn thru and carbide was almost gone. This DID NOT happen in the 175 miles we rode. This was cumulative damage that we are getting charged with. The snowmobile was not properly checked when we took it though they lied and said they checked the ski before handwe were there and did not see this done! We will never do business with them again and do not recommend then. Please be careful if you do rent especially late season. Check the sled out thoroughly before you take it and when you turn it in!

Incredible service!! Luke and Josh were able to get me right in and had me back out on the trails in just a few days after replacing blown motor. Luke personally came out on the trail to assist with a minor setback after the repair. Great customer service all around!!!

Needed a rear shock for my snowmobile that busted and it wasn't in stock, but owners said they have one still attached to a machine that was in service waiting for parts. They allowed me to remove that one so I could get back on the trail immediately instead of waiting 4 days for shipping. Not everyone would understand how important this gesture was, but it really is exceptional service. It is going above and beyond to help a customer get what they need in order to be satisfied and that was my experience here.

We have been traveling to the UP for the last 7 years and Renze Power Sports is the only place we will do business. The staffing is great and was very helpful in our shopping experience. We have never had a problem with any of the rentals we've used. I would definitely recommend. We can't wait for some snow, so we can rent & ride!!!
