I called in to Renner on a Friday when my garage door spring broke, and they apologized for not being able to come take care of me until Monday, which I thought was pretty amazing (I bought my house 6 months ago, and don't know who did the installation of the doors, but they are probably 20 years old.) Leon was my service tech that came out, was very friendly, and did a great job. I had them replace both springs because I assumed the other was getting old as well, and he had this done in about 30 minutes, about 20 of it was probably me chatting with him. Very friendly guy, and did great work to make sure everything ran smoothly and was lubricated, as well as checking the garage door opener. I would recommend Renner to anyone that needs garage door repair or replacement. Thanks so much Leon and Renner Supply!

Richard and Aaron were on time, proficient and courteous. 2 replacement garage doors and openers were installed in a timely manner and they cleaned up before they left! Would recommend this company to friends and family.

I had a spring fail on an overhead door on a Friday about 3 pm. I own a auto repair shop, so not being able to use a door is a big deal. I called another company (X) who I had used previously first, they said it would be next week, like Tuesday or Wednesday. This is a door on my business that goes up and down 20-25 times a day. I called Renner and they had a guy at my shop in under an hour (Friday, 4 pm). Made a temporary repair to get door operational again. Ordered parts and came back promptly first of the week to finish repair! I would highly recommend them. I will not be calling company X again. Thanks so much for the professional and quick service!

After owning our home for 15 years, we finally replaced our garage doors. We chose Renner Supply Company after seeing an ad placed in a KC home magazine, and then seeing such positive reviews about them. And we are so glad we did! Our doors are gorgeous! They are a true "Game Changer" for the aesthetic look of our home, as well as functionality. Brad was professional, prompt, and extremely helpful. Every part of the process went as promised, from the list of other homes to see examples of garage doors to the final installed product. The only regret we have is that we did not replace our garage doors much sooner! Thank you, Renner Supply Company! It is our delight to highly recommend you all!

If your considering new garage doors this is the place.don't even consider the big box home improvement stores.very professional people.paul Bradley our salesman was great to work with and the installer Rob Stockton did a fantastic job removing the old doors and installing the new ones.job well done.

We had new garage doors from renner and they r great and there service is excellent I highly recommend them & they prices r cheaper them every one we called for bids. If u need service on ur garage doors they r great for that too.

Brad Dodson was great to work with. He arranged a repair man to review my broken door and gave me recommendations on how to fix it. Brad provided several options and worked in a timely manner to get a new garage door installed at a great price. Thanks Brad, Great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

I had two broken garage doors and needed 6 panels to be replaced.Its Renner Door and They did it for awesome price. Its $600 cheaper then the other quotes. Installer Mike did a great job even in rain. they are one time. followed up timely and it came lower then the estimate they provided. 5 star company and 5 star service. Paul Bradley the sales rep did a great job explaining me the issue and what needs to be replaced. They are honest and timely. Thank you

Bruce is amazing! I'm always reading reviews before I pick a company to go with in any situation. This company had great reviews and I see why. I'm selling my home and needed a QUICK fix. I called at 8 AM and Bruce was at my house fixing it by 8:15 for cheap. I explained what was wrong and he told me not to worry it was a minor fix. He didn't try to sell a new garage door/parts that weren't needed. I was expecting on spending at least 200 more than he quoted me. This company is very honest, I would recommend them to everyone.
