We were so impressed with the way the wedding we attended went off without a hitch. The staff was so attentive. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it.

We had our wedding at Renault on 10/07. All I can say is DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE. We paid a large amount of money to be treated so poorly. We were told we would get an assistant with us all day we did not. We didn’t receive our cocktail food because they couldn’t “find us.” We weren’t told our dinner was ready and when we did know it was there it was cold. They dropped a bunch of plates and dinner was delayed because of it. When we told the winery they didn’t accept the fact they messed up. This happened to another wedding a week before mine and you would think they would change. The place is about to close down and they don’t care at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

At a friend's wedding. The service was horrible. Dropped plates on the tables so hard food bounced off the plate. They ran out of glasses and used glasses stenciled from another wedding. Practically had to go fill your water pitchers yourself. I would never recommend this place for anything. And don't bother with there I house wedding coordinator, Anna. She's useless.

My parents attended one of the wine festivals at Renault and had a wonderful time. They loved the event and the grounds so much, they ended up going back for a weekend stay. The hotel manager helped them find the perfect getaway package so they could make the most of their weekend. They played a round of golf, went to Jospeh's for dinner, took the historic wine tour followed by the tasting, and went to the Sunday brunch in the morning. They loved the unique charm of the hotel, and they raved about the food at Joseph's. I'm sure they will be back very soon!

Entire facility looks pretty run down and needs major updating. The room we were in is very dark with only 1 window in an alcove. Even with lights on, the room is still dark. The wallpapers are peeling off the wall, carpets are ripped, only 1 outlet available next to a sink. We stayed for a night using one of their packages, which included a $40 dining credit at Joseph's Restaurant. The food was good, but very pricey, and our server was great and attentive. The wine tour and tasting was ok. The tour guide was nice but seems to be in a rush to get it done. Overall, the restaurant was good but the hotel definitely needs a a lot of work done. Most likely, we won't be staying here again.

It was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. The Vineyard was even more beautiful. The wine tour was very informative and the tasting was awesome. The two tour guides they had there are so knowledgeable. Joseph's Restaurant was amazing. Everything was delicious. My sister and I got a package deal and it was fantastic for the price. DEFINITELY look into a package deal. So worth it! It was simply a wonderful gateway. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway and relax in the quiet peacefulness of the Vineyard.

What a horrible experience this was.. Called and booked mother's day reservations over a month ago for "150th Anniversary Addition of Renault Sunday Brunch" see attached. Confirmed with Patty. She told me how wonderful the Brunch was and drink packages staring at $9.99 which included Bloody Mary, Mimoso and their signature drinks would be included. I made reservations for 12 people @1:00. I was giving the information to my daughter who is 1:40 minutes away from the location, who happen to go on the website and notice that they cancelled the brunch and now will be having al carte brunch instead. So I called Renault Winery to speak to Patty to confirm information on the website and see why no one called me. Spent all day Thursday waiting for a return call from Patty. It's 2 week before Mother's Day and Patty should know that it will be hard to get reservation for 12 people. Not to mention they had my cc information on hold and a phone call would have been nice. If this is how they treat customers I would NEVER go to Renault Winery for anything

Today my family and I came for Easter Brunch and for a bill being over $200 the food sucked as well as a service I've never been to a brunch where I'm served my food which is basically buffet style. Everything we tried it was cold or not cooked to perfection. I was very disappointed.

We went in for a wine tasting. The wine steward was very nice and pleasant, however, she did not give us a choice in what wines we were going to taste. The wine steward just randomly picked 6 wines that she thought we would enjoy based on her tastes and forced them on us and got annoyed when I told her I didn't want to try one she had brought over and I would rather try a different one. Very disappointing. Overall the wines were ok, nothing great. Kinda overpriced for the quality. The whole experience felt rushed and very commercialised.

The tour from Steve is interesting and worth the $5 to learn of the local history. You don't get much insight into their production.
The tasting is worth worth the $5, but the wines were served in an order which affected the tasting. E.g. the sweet white wine before a dry red wine was a tough transition.response / report this review -

My wife and I visited the winery and was met by a man who asked if we were with the tour. We said no, that we wanted to taste some wine. He took us inside and gave us a taste of the red (one taste for the both of us) that I had purchased a few years ago to see if the vintage had changed. I then asked to taste a white, which he poured into the glass with the residue of the red. What was going to be a purchase of at least two cases became four bottles. Never again. What started out as a fun day trip to the winery was anything but.
