Eric Bell fixed a broken pipe in our house. He arrived on time, was professional, and did an excellent job. He updated me as he went along. The repair took no time at all. He explained what he was doing and any/all costs associated with the repair. He seems very knowledgeable about plumbing. I was very pleased with the work! I highly recommend him.

Eric and Travis came out on short notice and installed a new tankless heater. The service and communication was fantastic through the entire process. They stayed until after 8pm to make sure everything was running smoothly. They were friendly, knowledgeable and were very patient with my 5 kids asking an insane amount of questions! If you need a plumber, call these guys! The pricing was more than fair as well!

Blake was on time and very polite and friendly. He gave me his honest with his estimate. He gave me some options and very understanding when I told him that I needed to talk to my husband. It was a great experience and I will be using him and Remedy for our plumbing needs.

I normally do not rate a company for service rendered, but in this case I am because of the outstanding work the plumbers, Eric, Dawson & Cole did for me. I was impressed by their professionalism and their knowledge. Another word, work was done the right way, and there was no short cuts taken. I also want to give a shout out to the owner. If it wasn't for him and his willingness to work with me, I probably still be crying. I highly recommend this company, and they are now my GO-TO-Company for future plumbing work!

Dawson and Cole (two guys with the coolest names) were on time and efficiently changed our under-the-house whole house filter. They also assessed our current plumbing issues and offered suggestions to reroute our filter casing so we can do it ourselves, saving us a service call for each filter change. We will also be upgrading the hot water heater in a few months. Great company, capable plumbers, and reasonable prices. They are our "go to" plumbers. Call them and you won't be disappointed!
