This is my 3rd carpet installation from Reliable and was not surprised at how great it turned out! Reviews are a reflection of the transaction. they have done carpet, tile, heated cork floors and refinished hardwood floors for me with no complaints.

We had our hardwood floors refinished and there was nothing but problems. First, the finish was not what we expected and they did not remove the trim, pull out the fridge or stove (yet they charged us for this). There was also fibers in the finish. They came back to take the fibers out and made it worse (lots of bubbles in the finish). They then agreed to come out and refinish it again with the finish we wanted, and now we have three areas where it looks like they spilled the finish (pooled areas that are very noticeable). I WOULD NOT recommend them for hardwood refinishing!

I just had my old hardwood floors refinished and they look like new. I wish I would have done it sooner. They had a dustfree system so my house was not all dusty when they were through. Their price was fair, and I will definitely be recommending them to anybody who asks. They were very professional and accomodating to my schedule so we could board our pets while they were being done.
