  I met Andy with PES Solar a few weeks ago when my partner Barbara and I started looking into solar and let me tell you,
  I am really glad I did. Andy came to our house and listened to our concerns, took notes and then proceeded to explain the PES Solar process. We could tell that Andy really knew his stuff.   I waited two years to pull the trigger, and I am so glad I did. I was already way down the sales process with a competitor before I passed and reevaluated who our solar partner should be. That’s when I found PES Solar.
  
  Most communication on new project fail post sale. With PES Solar, that is where they blew my socks off. Ivy and Candace have been excellent communicators. Working w/ local agencies, FPL, and our HOS, they have kept us up to date on the progress of permits, approvals, and next steps.
  
  Their install crew was thorough and efficient accurately communicating timelines and expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend PES Solar to anyone who is looking to add solar to their home or office.

  PES Solar were honest and professional from start to finish. They delivered exactly what was proposed. The installation was very well done. A clean quality install. And they provide support even after the project

  PES Solar goes above and beyond. When I started searching for a solar company, I interviewed several. PES solar was by far the most best of all. The representative Jerry came to my house with an extremely professional presentation, including pictures of my house and roof and various configurations that would serve my needs. Their pricing was extremely competitive. Their installation crew was also outstanding. They took great care and making sure that my new roof was not damaged in anyway. Then, along came hurricane Ian. The panels held up really well and the only damage I had was some of the flashing were raised from the wind. I called PES and they quickly responded by sending out another crew of two guys who took care of the issue right away. I can’t tell that anything had happened from the hurricane. They were great. They made sure after their work that I checked out the panels and make sure there were no other issues that they could take care of for me. They were polite, dressed neatly, and were looking out for my needs. This is a great reflection on what I consider to be an extremely professional company.

  Avoid PES Solar. Sloppy work, and bad communication
  
  Long story short, we signed a contract for a residential solar project 7 months ago and are still waiting for the installation to be fixed to completion. They have come out to our residence 5 times since the install to "fix it" and the building inspector is about to retroactively revoke the permit. This company has terrible communication, and does a shoddy job installing solar panels. I would not recommend them.
  
  Our solar panel attachments were not done up to standard with their own engineering plans according to wind requirements.
  The solar panel conduit was not installed on the side of the house in the location we discussed or on the plans. Additionally, the conduit was hap heartedly attached to our siding and barely attached to the roof. Also, their crew install crew damaged our brand new aluminum roof during the installation. They were not willing to correct the attachments and we had to get our county building inspector to get involved.
  
  Communication is terrible, and the foreman who did the install "was no longer with the company" a month later, and the other guy at the office who seemed to understand our concerns was also "no longer working there" shortly after the install.
  
  If you want a solar project done correctly and promptly I recommend finding another company.
