This place is nasty I wouldn't let my dog stay there. It's over priced.we payed 62 for a room that the ceiling was leaking in and there were hairs all in the bed

Convenient location and affordable prices. Very close to downtown Library, pharmacies, gas stations/ convenience stores. Staff very friendly and nice. Only problem is no toiletries, bad WiFi connection, no phones in room, and hard water pressure. Good enough for an overnighter or rest stop for travelers.
Only reason I'm writing 3 stars is because of the staff there very friendly and very helpful when needed.response / report this review -

Besides the room being disgusting, no towels, no toilet paper. The front desk clerk KAREN PHIBBS (name suits her well because she is quite the fibber) took most of our payment on a card We had a balance of 20 which we paid cash for. SHE GAVE US OUR KEY. THEN CAME KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AT 9 AM SAYING SHE CHARGED US AT THE WRONG RATE. If we didnt pay 20 extra dollars we had to give the key and get out. With my prior experience as a night auditor in a hotel i said " If thats the case you should be able to honor online pricing. She said no. We asked for a manger. Who was in the office. Walked down to office where manager proceeded to tell ua we didnt pay the full amount all they had waa the card payment and they seen the cameras so they k ow we didnt pay the 20 cash.
So we say let us see the video then KNOWING WE PAID THE CASH WITHOUT A DOUBT. THEY STARED AT US BLANKLY AND DDIDNT CHARGE THE DIFFERENCE.. POINT OF THE STORY MISS FIBBS IS A LIAR SEEM VERY DESPERATE FOR THE MONEY. PROBABLY ALSO A DRUG ADDICT. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE LEAVE THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN OR AROUND HER OR IN THEIR ROOM. AND ALwAYS ALWAYs get a receipt from this place.response / report this review -

I have to say that after reading all the reviews online I was hesitant about staying here with my children and family. Upon arriving I was skeptical but when we walked into the office we were greeted very professionally by the manager. She assisted us with getting us checked in as well as making sure that we had everything we needed once we were settled in the room(extra towels, etc.). We had an issue with the TV but that was only operators technicalities. I can say that the one down fall about the property was there was no WIFI as our kids stay on the tablets all the time and they were in the middle of remodeling so their were workers around the property during the day. The hotel is located around everything downtown. So I learned my lesson to not always take all reviews seriously. Its by far not the Hilton but it is very comfortable for a family.

This the hotel is the worst hotel in Fayetteville. The manager is very nosey and nasty. You can not have any visitors at all. They have bed bugs and when you did tell them the manager she says you brought them with you. If you get top floor when it raining your room leaks. They the says the have rooms for 33.90 but you have to stay 7 days. They even let sex offended stay there. So don't take your children. There is only one person at that hotel that has great customer service skills. High five to you. Every one else needs to take a class or two when it comes to customer service.

The rooms are nasty carpet is dirty the tv is old and everything looks worst then living in the ghetto but the staff are wonderful this place is not a place to room at only if you have no place to stay and near homeless

Me & My Boyfriend Will NEVER & I Do Mean NEVER Stay Here Again ! The Rooms Were So Nasty That We Were Scared To Even Touch Anything ! The First Room we Were in Was Pathetic Not To Mention The Tv & the AC Didn't Work Which Wasn't Cool at All seeing How I'm 6 Months Pregnant . My Boyfriend Said Let's go & Had them To Move us & The Room Was Better But Definitely still Nasty ! We Only Had 4 Hours To Sleep so We Dealt With it But I can't Believe How Nasty & Raggedy the Room Was . The Heatlh Department Needs To Pay Them a Visit !

Very poor service the rooms are not clean and the carpet is very old that there stains everywhere,its always noisey at night that you would think someone is breaking into your room the beds are old too along with the box color television and the manager keeps an attitude

Worst place in town i worked there i would know they cant keep any good help because the owner is cheap and doesn't want to pay his staff let alone pay to make it a decent hotel. It needs to be shut down until the safety and heath issues are taken care of there is black mold growing in the walls where the plumbing is leaking and they need a new roof so dont stay on rainy days u will get wet. Just wanted to let everyone know the truth about this rathole. Its not even worth a star but it wont let me post without giving one

This may just be a regional thing but as soon as I try to check in at the hotel Not only was I given a physical key not a key card but I was also given a remote control and instructed to return it when I checked out. When I went to the room immediately I thought it was unsatisfactory but I am only in town for a funeral so I can make this work. As I examined both bags for place to rest my weary head I noticed that one bed was harder than a box spring so I decided to go with the other. Upon further review of the bed I noticed that there was red stains on the sheets as well as on the comforter itself. The company also had various things of colors I couldn't disseminate and burn marks. I then went into the restroom and noticed that the tub appears as if someone hadn't bathed in 3 days finally took a bath and then left it inside the tub. There was rust and mold Galore in the bathroom. As I exited the bathroom I noticed a large Beetle like insect crawling into a hole on the ceiling. Immediately I returned to the front desk and ask to be refunded and inform them I would not be staying. I was then told I would have to wait for a manager at 10 o'clock the next morning to seek a refund. If you are into the roach infested murder vibe then this is the place for you.
