Customer service was pretty slow, but the food selection is pretty good.

Okay theater except the prices of concessions! So outrageous! Spent more on a drink and small popcorn than two movie tickets.

A slightly undermaintained multi screen theater. What is perplexing us lack of information alongside road or outside, like owners do not care. The staff is helpful and working hard. For a romantic evening I'd rather head down to Winchester Alamo draft house, or the theater at Apple mall. Good thing about this Regal theater is they accept MoviePass.

Nice theater for the Eastern Panhandle area. The theaters are kept clean. All of the theaters have both floor and stadium seating. The video projection is very good and several of the theaters have 3D projectors. It is a very good place to see movies in 3D. Also, the theater has paperless tickets (order online or through an app) and just have the code ready to be scanned on your smartphone. On busy nights, it is a very helpful feature, because you can skip the box office line and go straight to the entrance gate. You also don't have to worry about getting your 3D glasses, because the attendant at the gate has them to give to the online ticket purchasers.

Love going on sundays to watch a movie. Its clean and tickets are cheaper on sundays. Reason for not giving it 5 stars was because ive been there when its only been 2 or 3 people watching a movie and they have the movie on really loud.

I enjoy watching movies at Regal and the loyalty program. Movie prices on Sundays are discounted. Watching multiple movies from the same production company unlock lots of rewards in the loyalty program. I believe you get what you pay for here: nice seats, large screens, bigger popcorn and soda concessions. I would recommend a bathroom makeover for the ladies rooms. They don't match how nice the rest of the theatre is.

We moved here less than a year ago and wanted to find a good theater near Charles Town. Regal has an overall great reputation, but this location downed that hope. The first time we went, the place was a ghost town.we thought they were closed. When we went in, all of the employees were standing around talking and the lobby was in dire need of cleanup. We bought our tickets and foodchoked on the prices! They directed us to our theater which was completely empty and still had trash in the aisle floors. It wasn't until 2 minutes before showtime that we knew something was wrong since they weren't even airing commercials. Guess what? They sent us to the wrong theater that wasn't airing our movie for another 2 hours!! When we went out to the lobby to ask whats going on, they were genuinely confused, then said "Oh sorry it's airing over in the other theater on the other side"! The person that sold us the tickets didn't catch it, and neither did the guy who checked our tickets when we entered the hallway. VERY disorganized staff.needs much more cleaning done throughout the day, and WAY too expensive. The AMC in Winchester is now our theater of choicenot a lot cheaper but much nicer and cleaner.

Popcorn and drinks are too expensive for the quality. Coke was diluted, popcorn had minimal butter. At Carmike Cinemas in Morgantown the large drinks and popcorn come with a refill and cost less. Seats uncomfortable. Seats At Berkeley Plaza Cinemas much more comfort and admission and food more reasonable in price.

They always have good first-run movies but like with any major movie chain their prices for their food is high and the ticket prices could be lower

Place needs updating badly. I lived in Martinsburg and would drive an hour away to watch a movie for the same cost but much higher quality movie viewing experience. Kids don't mind it here though.

I love movies, and I love seeing movies in the theater. However, there is some disconnect between the prices theater operators charge and reality. I remember when this theater was packed for new releases, and I used to go quite often.

Go now. Enjoy all the empty seats. For my family of five, we have become very choosy in what we actually see in the theater. It is nigh impossible to see a movie at Regal Martinsburg for us without spending in excess of $100 for tickets and snacks. The empty seats tell me we're not alone.

It's almost like the operators of this theater want to drive business away.

*Follow-Up* - Thanks for your response, Regal. I just went with my fiancée to see Logan last weekend. The ticket prices were reasonable, and we spent close to $30 for two bottles of water and a box of peanut M&Ms. I paid the money, but that's ridiculous. Lower your concessions prices and watch people come back.
