First time here. Seats were super comfortable! The electric reclining was awesome. The theater we were in was very small and ended up closer to the front than we prefer. We know better for next time. I'm sure we will be back.

Regal has a lot of potential, but they don't want to do it. The only good thing are the seats. Marcus theatres is better. Regal should try and update more than just seats.

The food is reasonably priced. The staff always friendly. But the seats are the star of the show. Very comfortable with power reclining feature

My favorite movie theater of all time. Ever since they have renovated this place I have had good experience after good experience. I've seen some of the biggest blockbusters here including Captain America Civil War, Rouge One A Star Wars Story, Doctor Strange, and SpiderMan Homecoming. The seats are very comfortable and they recline. If it's a Saturday night and you are looking to do something with the kids and the family this is a good location to go to. Even before it was renovated when it was a very cheap theater it was still great to go to. I saw Pirates Of The Caribbean On Stranger Tides here when it was a cheap theater and still had a great time.

Great Theater, great seats, only suggestion would be to clean the bathrooms a bit more frequently. Overall whenever I go it's a great experience. (Sign up for the rewards programs you can earn free tickets).

Comfortable seating, clean theaters, ridiculously expensive tickets and concessions. Tickets were $24 for two people while Chunky's is $14 for two people. Popcorn was $8 for a medium with no refills, which is absolutely insane. Never coming back here again.

Drove an hour to get here, on party member forgot their ID. The host said that a picture of the ID would be acceptable, only once we had a picture of the ID, the story changed and he had to call over a manager who said they couldn't accept the identification. You need to teach your people the policies in place and that joking about these things is not acceptable. Plus, she was clearly over 17, with or without identification!

Big reclining seats. Theaters are relatively small. Popcorn isn't great but it's better than cinemagic. Use the reward card for great deals during the week.

Best customer service ever! It's extremely obvious that the employees here love their jobs. They always make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make your experience amazing. My favorite employee is Alex by far, a tall redhead who always makes sure I get exactly what I want and always makes me laugh, even on the dullest of days! I love this kid!

Quick advice on getting the most out of Reserved Seating: Plan Ahead. Go to Fandango.com and get all your tickets days in advance. If you don't want to buy tickets online, just show up, and there will be people there eager to assist you in the movie scheduling needs of you and all of your friends. Unused tickets may be returned. I never had any problems with them. I wish every movie theater was like this.
