Rooms were large and functional, but didn't have some of the more basic items you would expect, like tissues. That said, the water is RIGHT there, and they have really good donuts in the cafe in the morning. Get there early if it's busy

The best place to stay when going to a show at bank New Hampshire pavilion. Really friendly staff. Just stay in more expensive rooms. Worth it

Overall stay was ok. The unit we rented wasn't even close to the beach and there is no open parking so we had to either find a spot on the street, which are limited, or walk. Not easy with 2 little kids. Our unit was dated and falling apart. Of course we got blamed for it and lost our security deposit (which is BS). the grounds are kept up nice and so is the beach. The outside pool is nice too. Most of my complaints are with the unit we rented. Renters beware.

Big room with microwave & small 'fridge. Stayed one overnight in off-season for pumpkin festival. Heated indoor pool closes early which was disappointing. Waterfront looks very inviting. Would be interested to return in summer months.

For the $250 price this place is horribly overpriced. Rented 1 bedroom suite with 2 kids. The only air conditioner is right above the pull out in the living room where 2 small kids slept. So no AC for us. The pull out is old and horrible. The bedroom is basically a closet. Pillows are terrible. WiFi is basically a dial up speed from the 90's. Might as well have rented a $40 motel room. Feels like it would have been better.

We went here for a weekend away with the family. It was super concerned because of the mixed reviews but enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff was so nice and accommodating, & I met the cutest little pug in the lobby! We got to swim use the sauna and the hot tub! It wasn't too crowded because of the time of year we went. The little apartment we rent it was the perfect size for my husband myself and our two little girls. The only thing wrong is the bed that we slept in, my husband and I was extremely hard and uncomfortable. But my girls bed was super soft! We will be back :-)

Staying here for a long weekend away. The place is in decent shape and in a good area. It is the end of the season so there doesn't seem many people staying here. We didn't really expect much out of the place and really only needed a warm room to sleep in. The reason I have given this a low rating is the lack of communication. We were told that the pool and hot tub were open until 9:00pm. The first night we were here we used them from around 8:30 until 9:00. The second night we went to go back around 6:00 and it was closed. We figured maybe because it was Sunday they closed early. Well our plans for Monday (today) were to go hiking all day, which we did, and go relax in the hot tub when we returned. We got back before 5:00 and they were already closed! I don't care what time they close but don't tell us your open until 9:00 every night if you aren't. One of the reasons we stayed here was for the nice indoor pool and hot tub. We will not be staying here again and will make sure no one else we know does either. If you have read this till now. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
