i love the neon lights that are in this theater. so cool. staff is aways nice. which is not always the case at theaters.
Comfortable seats and good place to watch movies but $6 for pop , $4 for water, and $7 for popcorn is crazy.
Nice place to go for a movie. Was kind of bummed that I asked for extra butter and they ignored. Still a nice spot
Not old, but not new. I liked the size of the theater, and having so many screens makes it easy to find something to see. The sound system was great! Just wish concessions at the movies wouldn't be so expensive. It's sad when you spend more for two drinks and two candy than you do for the movie tickets.
Concession stand is abysmal. Monstrous prices, no hot food prepared, and the attendant was right out of a Seinfeld episode. The guy wouldn't even tell me what sodas they offered, instead made me read the dispenser that was turned toward him on counter. He seemed to be fighting sleep the whole time he took our order. Ridiculous in every way.
The usher was a sweet young lady. I'll give this a 1.
Decent. Seats are older, no reclining, but other than that it's ok. Good sound, clean. Overpriced like all Regal's are
Good movie theater, especially great deals if you go on Tuesday when it's half price!! Clean and well-kept; only complaint is that they haven't switched to the comfortable recliner chairs like Tinseltown and Movies 10 have!
Nice, clean movie theater. I gave it 4 stars because they dont have popcorn/drink combos and coming from a big city where all the theaters have recliners, it was a little uncomfortable going back to traditional theater seats. Other then that it's a nice place. I would definitely recommend seeing a movie here.
Updated review a year later No changes except stars are even less.. Why is regal Not regal? This location is in desperate need of a complete makeover. The inside of Regal in general is less than royal. The name is not really fitting especially at this location. Sound needs major upgrades as does the projection system and theater interiors. The seating is absolutely horrid and some of the most uncomfortable I have ever been in. With Eastview having recliners I'd rather take the drive to enjoy a movie next time. They are getting almost as dingy as their location at culver ridge plaza. My least favorite in the areas are those two spots, Culver Ridge and Henrietta. They are just depressing and the exteriors are just as bad as the interiors.
Nice theatre, good sound and image, but chairs are not too comfortable.
The popcorn is both expensive and lower quality than Wal-Mart brand microwave popcorn. The employees are inattentive and generally lazy when it comes to assisting you. The seats are of poor quality and their screens are small compared to other local theatres.
Great place to watch a movie. The new reclining seats are amazing. Refreshment prices are outrageous as all theaters are.
Great theatre. Very well taken care of. Concession line was long, needs to be staffed better. Tuesdays are half price ticket and popcorn.
Usual movie place, food is kinda on the expensive side for what is it. Seats are good. Service can seem slow, shocking, I know.
Well-managed movie theater with lots of options. I've never for a second felt unsafe here, but there are still times nonetheless when people are driving recklessly in the parking lot after a movie and I wonder if they should consider a prominent security guard. Regardless, well managed, clean, and always running smoothly.
