Food was very good, but it was quite busy so the service was a little slow due to this. Otherwise, it would have been five stars. Please don't hold it against the establishment or the waitress seeing it was very busy with Christmas parties.

It was delicious! I had the ravioli as did my son, my friend had the chicken French, and Mom had a the veal parmesan and her free birthday cannoli. It was more than I wanted to pay for a late Sunday lunch, but it was very good.

The Waitresses were real nice and real beautiful. But as a Christian man, it was hard to keep your eyes off of those short skirts and fishnet stockings. Even the manager was real nice. But I must say my Delmonico steak was a little off this time. Too much fat.

We have one in syracuse, but the one here in Henrietta is by far better. Martinis were perfect. Shrimp cocktail served w dry ice, very cool presentation. Staff very friendly. Steak cooked perfect. Dessert of delicious. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Went here for my wife's birthday. Service was slow, rife with mistakes, and unpleasant. Food was extremely expensive compared to other local places. The chicken was barely tolerable. The greens were, genuinely, the worst thing I have ever tasted. Even the mashed potatoes were sub par. They skimped on the sauce for all meals. The wine was okay and reasonably priced. But this did nothing to make for $8-$14 dollar kids meals.

This was an expensive and disgusting nightmare, please save your self, do not go here. We threw the food away, and wished we had chosen literally anywhere else.

Honestly, for the price of the steak and the meal it was extremely underwhelming. The steak was oily, unseasoned, and pan seared (which is probably why every steak dish is served on pasta). My steak was listed as 24 oz (the Delmonico Steak) but it was mainly fat. I LOVE rib eye cuts, so I understand there is marbling throughout to give flavor but this was not that. It was a very poor cut and half the steak was fat and not cooked the way we ordered. The mashed potatoes were room temp and so was the bread (not even warm). I could've (and should've) gone down the road to Texas Roadhouse and received a better steak for half the price. I just wanted a more romantic setting

Had dinner there last night,7/29/17, was seated next to large group of kids having dinner and fun. It got a little loud and asked to be relocated. The waitress and staff handled it very well. Went on to have a great meal along with excellent service the rest of the evening. Food was excellent. At the end of the day , the trip from Tampa, to eat at Delmonico was worth the price.

Found this place after touring the RIT campus on our way out of town. Excellent menu choices with large portions. The atmosphere is based around Italian people/actors/singers and has Frank Sinatra and others from that era music playing while you dine. Wait staff was very attentive to everyone dining in the restaurant. We definitely would recommend this restaurant as a great place to stop if you are in the Rochester area.

Food is very good here. The delmonico steak is good bang for your buck and the Italian food quite good with some interesting choices. Love the antipasto salad, and their house made balsamic killer. Their vodka sauce my favoriteand I've tried a lot (ask for extra when you order since it's made to order). Desserts are very good too which is a bonus for me! They don't take reservations and it's popular so that can be a problem if you don't like waits or have plans after dinner. Staff is generally good and management always checks each table which is very nice touchand they do care and respond to what you have to say. Lately timing on meals can use some workwe barely had our salad and dinners arrived. The only thing that deters us from going is that you can't make reservations, and waits can exceed an hour and a half on busy nights. They do seem to nicely accommodate bigger groups however.

Everything's fresh. Made to order. Prices are way too high, but when the Onion Soup tastes like a cross between Greece and Italy, I guess it's worth a free more drachmas. Or is that Euro's? Will go back.

Everytime I visit the quality of the food and service is amazing. The chicken Sinatra and delmonico steak dish are my favorite. I don't like mozzarella sticks but the mozzarella patties are delicious. The bread is always toasted and soft. The artwork of the famous people is wonderful theme that I always enjoy to look at. I love this place. I recommend this restaurant to all!

One of the best Italian steakhouses in the area. The service is phenomenal. Our waitress spilled a tiny amount of our drinks and immediately a supervisor came to offer another drink. Didn't want one, because it wasn't a big deal, but that kind of service is to be commended! Also, food was amazing. Delicious. My friend absolutely loved the Italian custard on the fruit dessert they have. Would definitely recommend trying this place out!
