I visit this place at least once or twice a week. I have the Movie Pass. Some cashiers at front can be rude.
When they see the MoviePass card they act like they are losing money. One kid literally tossed my card back at me with an attitude asking if I care to know what the cost of the ticket.
Until they appreciate customers coming in regardless how they are paying, my 2 stars will stay.

our last visit to Regal Cinemas was to see Peter Rabbit. It's always pretty clean considering. Fair prices and close to home you can't beat it. I love Regal Cinemas

My local theater. They offer IMAX 3D, 3D, and 2D movies. Come here often to catch new releases. The IMAX 3D movies look stunning, although the sound can often be too loud. The place is kept clean for the most part but the theater seats could use some refurbishment. Overall great theater!

I prefer this theater to others in my area. Large parking lot. It's usually less crowded. I've never seen a movie sell out there. They have nice seats and large auditoriums. The concessions are good like anywhere else. You pay through the nose for snacks. You have to buy your ticket outside. It has no shade while you wait to buy a ticket. So if it's hot you are waiting in the hot sun. But usually not long.

We went to see Star Wars right after it first came out. One of my kids fell ill as soon as we got to the theater. Ten minutes in, we had to leave the rest of the family, and I had to take her home. The manager very graciously gave us two courtesy passes so we could come back and see it when she was well, which we did. My nephew used to be one of the managers at this theater. I loved it then, and I love it still. Great popcorn, great staff, and great movies!

I am pregnant. I asked the guy checking guests in if it was okay to go to the restroom while my husband waits in line to purchase tickets. He didn't want to let me in but did. Told me to notify him when I'm leaving. I get it dude, kids enter to watch movies illegaly but you can't assume so. It sets a bad impression to actual paying customers. On top of that don't be a douche bag to a pregnant lady.
He freaked out when I showed him my belly and told him if I didn't have a fetus inside me kicking my bladder, I wouldn't be asking to go to the restroom. These places make so much money for running movies but will disrespect you to make sure you are not trying to get into a $10 movie for free. Where is customer service?
Restrooms were just acceptable when it came to cleanliness. I did appreciate the lady who helped me by opening a door to the theatre room I needed to go into while holding popcorn and soda. She did it courteously and I think she was a customer. At least the customers in this place were nice.

Great place to see a movie! Very clean and theater staff is polite. Ticket prices are a bit expensive but I offset them with a service like MoviePass. Popcorn tastes great! I recommend the $6 snack pack if you're on a budget. Remember to use their rewards program for free concessions and tickets!

The theater is fine, clean enough, but I wish the staff was more proactive in making sure the customer's experience is satisfactory. I just sat through a movie in a theater where people were taking flash pictures, talking on speakerphone, and theater hopping. Not one staffer came in to check on things. I know minimum wage is next to nothing, but can someone at least pretend to give a damn?

Nice movie theater. I got tickets from Costco for a discounted rate and enjoyed a new release with some friends. Clean environment and smiley staff

Great theater with good sized screens and amazing sound systems. However what most people don't talk about is the fact that its the best place to go to catch a summer block buster or big time release and not have to deal with as much of the crowds and sell outs for each showing by the time you arrive to the theater. See, because its conveniently located in between Regal San Marcos, and Regal Mira Mesa, crowd traffic flows to those theaters for all living in the 78 quadrant, and anyone living off the 15 freeway respectfully. Leaving Escondido a fun and convenient place to see a movie without too much hassle. Don't get me wrong. They still get good business. Just a more pleasant experience for the customer all around.

This is my "home" theater. My daughter and I went today to see Beauty and the Beast. I always have the best experience when I go, however today made it that more amazing and I will always come back.
I will leave out the graphic details but I had an incident with another patron in the theater before the movie started. I was so upset (visibly shaking) I immediately went to speak to management. I cut in line at the customer service and apologized, but none needed, the man working at the desk along with other movie goers noticed how upset I was and let me proceed. The employee got on his radio and called for assistance.
A female employee came out immediately and I voiced my concerns to her. As I am doing so the movie goer which I had the incident with was seen leaving the movie theater, and I pointed him out.
Even though the employees didn't speak to the other movie goer, my voice was heard and they were about to handle it if he didn't leave.
To have my voice heard and to be able to calm down, to enjoy my date with my daughter means a lot. I am so thankful this is my "home" theater. I will always come back!
