Love the reclining seats. No fighting for an armrest from a stranger. Wish domestic flights could be as spacious. Wall lighting became brighter during our last moving as if getting the theater ready for credits, but there was 30 minutes to go. I like that they are now offering alcoholic beverages, but didn't see the prices.

I've never been to a theater with recliners. It was amazing. And not too expensive! The picture was crisp and the sound was just right. I hate going to a theater with the sound too loud. Live an hour away but will be back just to experience this again. Also my mother and I noticed how much security was there. We appreciated that. Perfect place to go see your next movie!

This is a great movie theatre. The reclining chairs really make the movie watching experience great and the cozy theatres make it feel more like home. On top of that if you are a frequent movie goer or a holder of a Movie Pass, the rewards program is a great way to get free stuff. The staff is pretty friendly but its a movie theatre not a restaurant so you won't have that much interaction with them that much anyways. 5/5 stars

A little pricey but worth it! The reclining chairs are amazing. They have beer, wine and margaritas for customers 21+. The fountain drinks are huge so consider a small equivalent to a drive through medium to large even. It's super clean and the staff is always great.

We love this cinema, great seats for everyone, plenty of room and you feel like you are in your own living room. Bypass the box office line and use the small ticket computer to the left to purchase tickets. Your seats are reserved so you can take as long as you want at the concessions or in the bathroom.

Love this theater. The screens and sound systems are awesome, the seats are reclinable leather (super comfy) and normally the place is usually clean. I usually make the extra 15 minute drive just to come here when seeing movies.

Wonderful Experience! I hadn't been to Regal Cinemas Coldwater Crossing for a long while. What a surprise and delight to experience their renovation with the beautiful, comfy recliner seats. The expanded space in front of each seat was fantastic! No more trying to get a glimpse of the movie when taller folks occupy the seats directly in front of you!

Love the seats. Love being able to reserve them. Really good popcorn. We no longer want to go to any other theaters in town. ONE complaint: They need a special line for refills. You can miss a whole lot of movie sometimes.

Overall, we LOVE this theater. It's clean and comfy. The chairs are amazing. I love being able to purchase my tickets online and pick out my seats.
We were a bit disappointed today waiting so long for snacks, probably 10-15 minites in line, so allow extra time.

Amazing theater, no point in reading Kyle William's review of giving this place a one star for irrational anger towards a single employee. Why would the employee by default mention that your size wouldn't come with a free refill. That's why you have to ask if you're unsure which sizes have a free refill Great seats, great service. And their popcorn drink deals don't save you money, which is why the employee probably said no.

Had a great experience! Movie tickets are so much cheaper here than the west coast. Comfy seats and crystal clear picture. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I very much appreciate the reserved recliner seating. As always the concession stand operates at an abysmally slow pace. When something is this consistently slow it indicates a process and/or leadership problem. I frequent this theater during the day and I usually chalk up the lack of urgency to it being midweek. On a busy Saturday night after 10 minutes in a line that hadn't moved, I went back to my seats and disappointed my wife due to the lack of soda and popcorn.

Additionally, the film presentation itself was OK. The picture is a bit dim and a little lacking in clarity. I've seen numerous films here and a dim picture is a consistent problem in the theater. I would strongly encourage you to NOT see 3D in this theater. Rogue One in 3D was very disappointing. The picture was so dim that the minimal ambient lighting in the theater was distracting.

Again, the only reason I go to this theater is due to the reserved recliner seating. Generally, due to the seat spacing, the conversations of others isn't as distracting as in other theaters. Nothing else really brings me back.

Nice clean movie theatre with the most comfortable seats in Fort Wayne - Big soft cushy electric reclining chairs. The aisle width ensures that you'll never have to worry about a 7 foot movie goer blocking your view with their enormous head. Plus. People can't kick the back of your seat anymore! Those two facts alone earn a 5 star rating.

Varying screen sizes, which isn't my favorite, but I don't think it's any different than the other theatres in town. I hate when I walk into an older release movie and find myself sitting in a shoe box. I usually get over it once the movie starts.

They have a big variety at the snack bar, not that I buy anything because of the insane movie theatre prices (again, no different than other theatres). They do offer a free refill on popcorn and soda in case you did take out a loan for snacks.
