Absolutely the best anywhere! Never had anything that wasn’t top notch. Truly amazing. Service is excellent. Cozy and quaint
This restaurant was amazing. The outside is a little decieving but inside is quaint and authentic. The food was amazingthe portions are hugeliterally beyond huge. I highly recommend the half portions. The Wedding Soup is said to be the best soup ever.
Their food was really good considering I'm used to homemade Italian and can make it myself. I would return here no doubt!
We stopped on our way back home to Chicago. We didn't expect much, largely due to location next to a gas station. Was first surprised to even find it was a sit down restaurant. I ended up getting a Papa Leto's sandwich to go. It was one of the best sandwiches we have ever had. I surely hope we have the opportunity to stop in and stay for dinner on a future trip.
Great food. Good variety. Service is always good. Carry out is a little slow when they are busy
I went here on August 25 with my husband after we read the reviews. The food is rich, full of flavor and the portions are large!
Most importantly, the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell it truly is a family run business. Thank you all for a great dinner!
Their food was so delicious and they waited on us very nice.. I am so glad that they such a nice waiting staff. Thank you for giving us delicious food and very nice meal.. I was there to celebrate my godson baptism today
We relocated here a few years ago from the West Coast and I have to say, I have been quite disappointed in the lack of (good) Italian eateries in the area with the exception of Salvatori's--- Salvatori's is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The restaurant is adorable and has your mouth watering as soon as you open the door. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is absolutely delicious. Our whole family loves eating here. Upon our last visit, we encountered an issue and when I called to talk to the manager/owner (?) simply to make him aware of what happened, he insisted on providing our next meal on the house (despite my telling him that it was not at all necessary). This place is top notch!! I would highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet You will not be disappointed.
Service was fantastic. Food was great. Huge portions. Got refills on drinks before having to ask and our food was boxed up for us. Would definitely be back.
The chefs went out of their way for meI didn't care for the pork rinds with the am/pm breakfast, so they cooked up some veggies for me. The beef cheeks were a meal in itself, a bit too salty but really tender. Of course the mama ravioli is always a treat. Good food.
The food here was great. I got the half serving of cheese ravioli and it had a perfect balance of ricotta to pasta shell. The marinara sauce was flavorful with the perfect level of spice left on my tongue. The dish was served steaming hot with two thin and deliciously crispy slices of chibotta bread. It was an authentic wonderful experience with polite waitstaff.
Here's the thing . Coney Island is just a landmark in itself for the people of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Looking for a new tradition? Families have been coming here for years and finding that the best things in life don't have to change! It's that good! Best dogs in town!
Great find! One of the best Italian places in Fort Wayne. They make all of their own pasta's. The ravioli's are awesome and HUGE!
The cinnamon log is a MUST for dessert if you have like 4-6 pople to help you eat it! :)
Very clean, nice quiet atmosphere, very friendly staff, great for groups or big families.
