Bad experience all around. If you pay with cash you also need a cash deposit. If you check out early and you have money coming back to you, they can't pay you back in cash. I've never heard of anything like that before. After they gave me the rm key cards they didn't work. I was a little insulted when she was trying to teach me how to use the card. Long story short, she had keyed them incorrectly the first time.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The rooms are comfortable in the renovated King. It is close to a lot of shopping centers. Easy access in and out of the hotel. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly with areas to walk your dog.

The rooms were clean upon arrival and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed it and would stay at one again. Very affordable for what you can get.

Place was clean and relatively new inside. Definitely cleaner than the last Red Roof we stayed in and it's right off the highway. We're on a cross country trip and we didn't get in until 4AM, requested a late checkout of 1PM, regular checkout is 12, had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, housekeeping knocked at 11:15. Why is housekeeping knocking at 11:15 if checkout is regularly 12? Let alone the fact we asked for a late checkout. I'm exhausted from driving all night and kinda pissed you woke me up. You lose a star, but would def recommend people stay here.

One of those rooms that seemed wet all the time. If I didn't have a non-refundable deposit I would have left. If you can afford the extra 20 bucks, go elsewhere. I was in the King Superior remodeledthey took a bed out and replaced it with a stained love seat. I slept on top of the cover and didn't shower there.

Great location. I always stay here when I come to Kingsport. I recommend this place to anyone. Clean facility. Some rooms a little out dated but it is extremely clean. Good breakfast in the am. Really friendly staff. Decent prices. Near highway. Located near plenty of restaurants. I really like this place.

The hotel was clean and in good shape. The front desk clerk was the only staff I interacted with, and he was friendly and courteous. I had a first floor room facing in the courtyard, so there was a lot of foot traffic til about midnight.

Room was OK and was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. No issues there. However, location is somewhat seedy. There is an abandoned building next door with gang symbols on it. There was a truck running outside most of the night, which was a little noisy.

Very clean. Staff is quite hospitable. Also a quiet and cozy place, however, the shower in my room did not flow properly but was still acceptable. Would stay again.

It's a nice place for a day or 2 stay. The breakfast is good and the staff are nice. I would not recommend using the washer and dryers though. They are gross and have mildew in them. The ice machines are all out of order. They do allow pets which is a plus.
