Wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling near the area. It is a quaint little town with lots of activities nearby. Holly, was a wonderful host and made the most amazing breakfasts! I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Inn/B&B. Very friendly and hospitable Inn keeper. Very good 3 course breakfast. I Highly recommend in this B&B to anyone in the Smethport, PA area!

Beautiful and luxurious. A lot of attention has been paid to retaining/restoring the details of the historical decor, while also providing modern comfort and conveniences. And the food is excellent!

I have been a guest several times over the past year. The first visit made me immediately comfortable and at ease. The hosts are gracious, and pleasant. The room, and entire house, is clean and spotless.
I get there in time to walk the three blocks into town for dinner.
Sleep is always great in the luxurious bed.
And, waking to a three course breakfast that can be custom made to your needs. enough said.

My husband and I had such a fabulous and extraordinary experience in Smethport PA at the Mansion District Inn Bed & Breakfast! We have driven down the Interstate many many times not realizing what a gem Smethport is and what a beautiful special place the Mansion District Inn is. Our stay there was nothing short of magnificent, the hospitality of our hosts the very best anyone could get and their breakfast is simply out of this world! So much so now that my husband and I are back home we have regulated ourselves down to bread and water to get back in shape!
The owners Ross and Jovanna were the consummate hosts attending to our every need, even offering us their camera since we forgot ours back in Canada. They were also a wealth of information on the history of Smethport and the area. We had no need to search out the tourist information spot as they had everything at their finger tips. We were amazed at the number of things to do in the surrounding areas and the Mansion was an ideal midpoint from which we could plan our daily trips. Our hosts also made it super convenient for us guests with all their use of technology, so we enjoyed our computers without interruption and even had access to their GPS for those hard to find places.
The Mansion Bed & Breakfast is like a Grande Dame beautiful, full of elegance and charm yet so homey and comfortable. The view from our bedroom was absolutely breathtaking and the rooms were spacious. Their library was a wonderful treat! Jokingly we said we would come down there from Canada just for their breakfast but truthfully that is no joke! IHOP please be aware that you have serious competition! Truthfully had there been nothing else except for their wonderful breakfast, their library and their lovely veranda we would have been very content indeed!
Our stay at the Mansion was been bar none one of our best and we look forward to visiting them again! Any one who is looking to experience the opulence of days gone by the Mansion District Inn Bed & Breakfast is a must. For any antique or history aficiondos out there the Mansion is a definite must see and I can tell you you won't be disappointed! The mansion is absolutely exquisite and full of charm! We recommend it highly to any travellers out there!
And just to whoever reads this review we travel extensively and rarely do we write a review or feel the need to highlight a place because quite simply the places do not stand out. Because the Mansion District Inn was so spectacular and special we felt we would be remiss if we didn't share this gem in the internet world!
