Seems to be an older hotel that has seen better days. Overall had a good experience. Fixtures in the bathroom were really dated. Also the floor in the room was really dirty. On the plus side, the mattress was in if the best beds I had ever slept on.

I rented a room here for 4 nights and currently still have 2 nights left on my stay and everything has been great! fast and easy check in..very friendly front desk service..got to my room and could smell the fresh linensinspected the room and it was above expectations for cleanliness..very quiet..walked out this morning and ran into housekeeping and she asked if I still had everything I needed in my room, very friendly young lady..drinks and snacks are available in the lobby for purchase..very convenient to shopping, restaurants, bowling, movie theater, hospital, etc. The Bristol Regional Medical Center is right across the hwy and the Pinnacle shopping outlets are less than a mile..I would highly recommend American Inn to anyone I know!

So comfortable, big beds. Loved it. Good value for money just don't expect a 5-star hotel. Staff was very friendly, shower was great. We came in after 1AM and were in our room asleep in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Looks nice but missing some basic stuff like outlets near the head of the bed so you can have your phone near you. Bathroom was really big but orange and cream white what is this the 50s. Window was very basic so a lot of noise came through and walls were very thin so could hear everything. The layout of the furniture had a very relaxed feel to it and look to be new.

Front desk was great. The only issue was the room itself. Some outlets didn't work and the tub had mill worms in it to name a few. Next time will definitely "upgrade" to the Hampton next door.

Rooms somewhat cleanfree breakfast consists of coffee and stale cereal. Was quiet though.

There are some good people in this hotel. Friendly as can be, and the cleaning staff are kind and good at their job. This hotel gives discounted rates to those with people in Bristol Regional. They aren't the fanciest hotel, but they do all they can do make your stay great. The wifi is fast too.

Husband and I was heading down to Charlotte, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC from Cincinnati, OH for a night. And again stopped returning home for a night. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well as his staff. The room was spaceous and comfortable. The room floors could have used a better cleaning but not extreme to have complained. It was quiet, a good location near good restaurants and attractions, good price too.The first time we paid $60 (some type of festival or something going on in Bristol, TN, a lot of hotels were high and sold out) compared to $40 on the return home. The hotel is in process in updating and remodeling rooms. If ever in the area am sure to give them a visit.
