Clean and reasonably priced. They allow pets which is hard to find in this area. Would stay again!

This was a mess. My job put us up for work purposes. The first room I was given had roaches. The second, the door wouldn't open. The third was the best. The workers were really nice. If they were to clean it up it could be really nice.

Ok, so first the guy at the front desk, Ricky, was super helpful. Otherwise, check in was horrible. The computers kept freezing. Then I get my key, haul all my stuff to my room on the 3rd floor. Keys don't work. Go back, get new keys. Still don't work. Switch rooms. Turns out the basic rooms don't have an ironing board, and I'm going to an interview tomorrow so I gotta look sharp. Call down. Only "deluxe" rooms have ironing boards. Switch rooms again for extra $10. The tv stand has a mysterious white liquid spilled down the front of it. Whatever. The day I'm checking out, I'm trying to sleep in. Check out is 11 am. Housekeeping wakes me up at 9. Then, I'm running about 30 min late getting out. Housekeeping knocks on my door again about 10:50. She seems confused and asks if I'm staying. I say I'll be out in 20. At 11:00, housekeeping barely knocks then barges in. I tell her I swear to god I'm leaving soon. Left the room at 11:32. Otherwise, it was good value. The rooms were really large, bed/pillows were decently comfortable. Shower is hot.

Clean rooms but didn't like the soap offered. Had a not so pleasant smell. It just wasn't perfumy enough. Some people were hanging out in front which made the place feel a bit uncomfortable. Service was polite but they gave us a key to the room and when we went in there was someone already there. Had to go back down to get another room. Front desk clerk apologized and was nice about the mix-up.

I want to say that the customer service was great but the room was horrid I had a fear that I may pick something up I tried to disinfect as much as possible. I stayed on the 4th floor with my kids just for a one night stay while we debug our house. They offer coffee and they have a vending machine ice.i would not recommend this place for anyone period.the carpet was sticky you could feel the dirt and even though we said none smoking our room still smell like it was a smoking room.

Super sketchy area. People were partying in the parking lot outside the front entrance around 6pm when we arrived to check in. This continued uninterrupted into the night.

I booked the room through Expedia. When we arrived the room we booked wasn't available as with any non-smoking rooms. The employee at the desk tried to accommodate us by putting us in a deluxe room (with microwave and fridge). It was a nice gesture, however the room still had a faint odor of smoke, me being allergic to the smoke make sleeping very restless. My other issue was, when I asked for a blanket I was told the hotel didn't have any in the summer, I like sleeping with more then just a sheet in the air conditioning. Overall, the stay was okay, just wish there was a blanket and a non-smoking room.

Location is good, easy to find for someone who lives out of state. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that the beds didn't have actual blankets they just give you like 3 layers of sheets, other than that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable!

Great value. Helpful staff. Kevin and Ricky did a good job. 510 was better than 622. Stayed here twice.

Wow. Completely different experience than the one I had last year, & it was a worse experience. I think it was new staff too, so I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. My trip started off with getting there at about 4am, so I was hoping / expecting my check-in would be quick & smooth. Instead, I had tried 5 times to finally get into my room. One of those times, someone was already in the room.

I wanted a room with a fridge, but because of my late check-in on the 1st day, I couldn't get one (because they were all taken already). I tried to get a room with a fridge the next night, but I was unsuccessful. Tried getting one the 3rd night I was there, but the 2 employees behind the desk were arguing about something, so I just gave up. Very unprofessional & very rude. They didn't even recognize or acknowledge that I was there. There was another guest standing there too.he walked away as well. Their argument was more important than either one of us.

Halls were dark & smelled like pot. They also seemed muggy & had no fresh air. Lots of slamming doors too. Could even hear the people next door moving around, slamming things, etc.

Didn't even try breakfast because of my experience last year. So, I cannot comment about what they had for breakfast or whether it was good.

The pictures online look great, so I booked a smoking room. BEWARE OF THE SMOKING ROOMS they are the WORST!!!!! The carpet was so nasty and stained along with the ceiling it was horrible. The king size bed had twin bedding thrown on horizontally, with out a top comforter. The desk was wobbling I was scared to put my purse on it for fear it would fall apart. Just because your a smoker does not mean you should not have a great experience. I will never go there again, for the fact that they have stunning rooms for non smokers and throw smokers in a nasty dirty room. The halls smelled like urine, no refrigerator or microwave. Never Ever Again. The staff was nice I will give them that, that's why it's two starts and not one.

The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. I had a king. Well I settled in my bed, the room completely dark, ready to doze off when all of a sudden I hear the shower come on! Yup, just all by itself. So I pause for a long while gathering my thoughts thinking this really can't be a ghostly encounter. So I called the front desk and told the night clerk. Long story short, the bathroom ceiling was leaking so the clerk changed my room. No problem he made sure I was OK and that I was comfortable in my next room.
