Nice people, basic rooms with no frills. Smokers on the other hand should move to the outside area away from the room and not stand in the doorway and smoke, since it's a NON smoking motel Another words be a polite smoker for the next person renting that room.

Wife and I stayed here last night. The room was very clean. No smoke smell. No animal smell. All the service was very kind and courteous. Comfey beds. Nice shower power. Quiet area with lots of stuff near by.

Stayed here for a ND game weekend and it's much cheaper than staying in South Bend or Mishawaka. The room was nice and smoke-free. Pretty much what I would expect for the price!

This is the friendliest and cleanest motel and my husband and I travel a lot. Pets are aloud and there isnt a charge.

The front desk staff was GREAT! The bathroom floor needed a mopping. Check out time was noon; however, when I returned from gasing up at 11:00am, the maid had come into my room to clean it!! I had loaded me vehicle with my luggage but HAD NOT TURNED IN MY KEYS!!!

The physical property as a whole is average, the staff average. There are cards & placards EVERYWHERE declaring & promising the rooms are 100% smoke free. Our room was not. Not even close. 2 bottles of Fabreeze later is like we had only sprayed plain outdoor air. The lobby itself was tobacco smoke infused.

2 night stay in their medium size option. Staff was friendly, room was clean, moderately quite for a motel inn. WiFi, cable TV, fridge, and safe. Price was reasonable enough for the amenities.

Due to business i am often caused to spend the night in the Elkhart, IN area.
Thru our company I found this hidden gem of a motel.
Very reasonably priced and very clean room. Even for this germaphobe
It does get somewhat congested in the parking lot due to the nature of the areas manufacturing demographics. ( Lots of pickups and rv's).

If I could give no stars, I would. We had our kitten. the floor was not vacuumed or swept and moped. so we had to put him in his carrier all night so he wouldn't eat anything AFTER he been innit all afternoon traveling., ashes and crap were all over the night stands and furniture and stains on the bedspread. and the fact that there was a tip envelope on the dresser, was just laughable was not informed it was a smoking room thanks and hello allergies flaring up Red Roof sucked. I was scared to even shower plus toilet was not cleaned.
