Home away from home.
I was here for 2 weeks on business.
Front desk staff when checking in were spot on and answered my questions then and there.Room was cleaned every day. Room Service staff were excellent.
Bed was comfy and the room service food great.

Front desk staff were gracious and helpful during the two day business stay. The low rating goes to the restaurant Baker's poor quality. This is the second business trip here and ate at Baker's both times. Service was extremely slow both times. Food quality was ok on the first trip but this last visit unacceptable. Two of us ordered salmon and we're served very dried out pieces. When I alerted the server I was told the message would be given to the chef. No offer of replacing the salmon or adjusting the bill. Have another business trip to here in the spring so . . .

Always a nice hotel every time I stay here. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. And as an added bonus they have a Starbucks in the lobby. It doesn’t get much better.

I stayed at the DoubleTree as part of a company Gala. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived two hours before check-in time and the room was ready, allowing me to check in early and head over to the convention center to help set up for the Gala. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low, and the air conditioner was quite noisy, but overall my stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, with a parking garage attached to the hotel. I look forward to my next visit.

I love this hotel! It's magical, they give you warm cookies at the front desk! The he is from our room is spectacular, we can see the river and all it's beauty. Not to mention it's downtown and right in walking distance of so much.

The beds are amazing. It's hard not to sleep all day. The staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. The hotel is located downtown with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I got coffee at the Starbucks. The service was great. The staff were really attentive to my drink preferences and seemed like they wanted to provide the best product and service they could. The location is perfect, right near my office.

Three stars in being generous. My sister had her wedding here yesterday. She rented the Bridal Suite for two nights. We checked in around 3:30 Friday and the room had not been cleaned! Room service finally showed up around 4:45, after we reported to the front desk that it had not been done. The front desk staff told the bride that parking would be validated for guests both the night of the rehearsal dinner and the wedding but I was charged for parking for the first night. We were also told that breakfast would be free as long as we ate from the buffet but the bride was charged for both her breakfast and mine. We had to do the rehearsal in a "side" room because they schedule another event in the area we were supposed to do the rehearsal. Made the brides wedding way more stressful than it needed to be. This hotel might be a good place if you are just there for a simple stay, but I would not have an event here!!

We stayed here for a student competition and it was great! I wasn't expecting to get to stay somewhere so neat. They brought us a cot and also extended the rental on one of the rooms no problem. Close to lots of good food options.

The hotel is a simple glass building from the outside but on the inside becomes a large enclosed space, beautiful for entertainment and functions. Our room had an excellent view of the river with a show of colored lights at night. The bed was very comfy and the room had great soundproofing as we heard no noise at all from hallway on a busy weekend. There is a breakfast buffet with good quality food, comfortable seating and excellent coffee. We had the pleasure of sampling beer on tap from a local microbrewery later in the evening. The pool and exercise facilities were very good, better than most. We'll be back!

Nice, clean rooms. And, the staff was very pleasant. One of the young men at the check-in desk even shuttled us around the block to the Irish Pub, because it was pouring rain. Jacuzzi jets were awesome too, and the breakfast buffet was really good. Parking structure ceiling height was a bit scary though.

We stayed two nights for a hockey tournament. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the great view of the river, which was lit up at nighttime. The one or two cup coffee pot in the room was convenient. The warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were great. You can always ask at the front

Pretty standard Doubletree, which is a compliment. Very nice beds. I just stayed a short time and didn't go out so I can't comment on the bar, restaurant, or facilities. The bed was great and the room has a lovely river view. Minus a point for only one microwave for the entire hotel, on the fifth floor. At least have a half dozen or so and bring one up to my room please.
