I travel for work and stay in hotels often and I have never experienced worse customer service. The owner is extremely rude. The rooms are TINY and smell of mildew and cigarettes. Would never recommend this hotel.

The management sucks! Always complaining about my dog and he is not friendly to the people that stay there! Awesome housekeeper though.

Great value for the price of you're ok with an older hotel, no complaints, friendly people and service. Couldn't ever connect to the wifi, but maybe this issue was only during my 3 day stay.

Convenient location right on US-12 (the main road through jonesville, Allen, Quincy & Coldwater). Very fair price, clean room. Tv, iron, table, microwave & fridge. The breakfast is nothing to rave about but you can grab a quick bagel and coffee there or walk across the parking lot to a small local diner that has good food and very reasonable breakfast prices. Although there were many reviews suggesting otherwise I found this to be a comfortable place to stay and spent 4 nights without any complaints!

Non smoking room was like eating in an ashtray. Took our cc hand written. Nothing worked. Looong sleepless night.

Very rude Indian owner. We have a service dog and they was saying that we shouldn't have the dog here. This is not the Hilton Inn folks. Would not recommend.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! My girlfriend recently reserved a room for a family member to stay in. When they arrived within 20 min of the reservation there was a warning posted about bed bugs in thier rooms. When her family notifyed us of the situation we immediatly called #Americas Best Value wanting a refund. The so called "managment" put her on hold for 45 min then said a refund could not be given because it over the hour limit refund time. Not only did they cheat her out of money they were rude and inconsiderate, obviously not caring about the customer. This facility should be shut down for not washing their sheets and cutting corners. If you are looking for a place to stay for the night you might want to consider your car.or a cardboard box over this place. Unbelievable.

The owners are VERY rudeI had no choice but to stay here for two days we had an issue at our home that caused us to need a hotel for a few days and every other hotel was booked when we got out of work and to the hotel at 4a to check in the guy told us we smoked in the roomWe DID NOT smoke in the room I know the rules and they had my card on file from staying 6months ago we explained to him we did not smoke in the room and he called us liers and told us he don't smoke so he knows we did smoke in the roomToday when we checked out we asked him to come to the room and walk thru it and he got snotty with us and said I can't tell with the perfum smellWe woke up at 10:50 packed our stuff never changed out of our pjs and got in the truck!

BED BUGS..BED BUGS..BED BUGS!!
I have bites all over my body, and Doctor confirmation! Called to inform the owners and the WIFE was polite and concerned, BUT..BUT when the HUSBAND got involved, well let's just say he was NOT owning up to the issue..in fact HE says I received them from My home!! Can I really be at 2 places at once!?
I think not!! So I called my sister who works for the HILLSDALE HEALTH DEPARTMENT..and let's see who is responsible now.

Vary small rooms. There is no breakfast as the office is not open until some time after 8:30am. They took the soap after the first night and did not replace it. If you are looking for cheap place to sleep this is the place. If you want a good hotel this is not the place to stay. This was our first and last time at this hotel.

Value priced older motel, nothing fancy. My room was a single queen, a bit small. Clean as expected, owner was helpful. Nice strong shower. For a Tues night it was quiet. Looks like they are doing some cosmetic updates. Good basic motel for an overnight business stay.
