I wish i could take stars away from these reviews. Checked in and got settled after about an hour and a half of sitting on the bed i felt something crawling on me so i jumped up and moved the pillow to find scattering bed bugs. The front desk has so far been unaccommodating and at 12am I had to find a new hotel. Needless to say they told me Expedia had to give me refund and they offered me no resolution. If you want to infect all of your belongings then stay here, otherwise stay away! This is a dangerous, disastrous situation and all of my belongs that went with me are not contaminated. I am trying to post pictures for proof, however this site is blocking them. As I am reading below this place has a serious bed bug issue!!!! I will be calling the health department too because it seems as if they haven't taken anyone serious! We were in room 221 the other lady was in the 100's so obviously this is on multiple floors!!!!

It was really tuff for me to post this. I tried to be respectful about the whole situation. I stayed at this hotel in room 147. My two boys have bite marks all over them. There was hair in both beds, to top it off their was a used condom on the floor in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to talk with someone about it. The lady was absolutely rude!!!!! Never once did I get a sorry! The worst customer service ever! I will be calling the health department! I think this place should be shut down!!!!!

Fantastic room for the money. Mine was tastefully appointed with hardwood floors and color coordinated accent wall. Flat panel TV, microwave and large bar fridge for convenience. All bedding appears to be new and extremely comfortable. The only complaint I would make is that there is a low water pressure issue but certainly not something that should deter one away. You will NOT do better!

Stained carpets, stained blankets. Room door difficult to lock. Bathroom door won't latch. 2 flies in room. Only one ice machine found. Very run down place, needs alot of work.

You get what you pay for. The workers are very nice , the bed was comfy , the shower in room 138 had very little water pressure, they have a TV on the wall showing the rooms , well my room did not look anything like that. The walls are thin and the breakfast well Toast and cereal. Will not be staying here ever again.
But if your looking for some places to sleep and you don't care about anything else this is cheap enough.response / report this review -

Atmosphere / Location - Close to I55. I recall this location being vacant (not managed by anyone) for a number of years. It's nice to see a hotel chain taking over a 'run down' building and try improving it. Good place to stop for a quick good nights rest. A bit noisy being so close to the highway and train tracks. Makes it tough to get a good night sleep if your a 'light' sleeper.
Rooms - The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing special. Perfect for a quick few hours of sleep at a reasonable cost.
Amenities / Service - Typical amenities in the bathroom. Soap and Shampoo. No need for to much else.
Summary - Looks like Red Roof is trying to bring this location up to their standards. There was some construction around the building. I commend them for this as there is a 'nitch' for the chain and what they offer.response / report this review -

When going to check in, refused to give us advertised price. Paid 50% increase in price. Got a non smoking room, entire room smells like smoke. AC unit very rattley, nearly impossible to sleep. Low shower water pressure. Front door barely closes. Front desk service unhelpful and rude.

Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. They could upgrade the breakfast a little bit by adding eggs or waffles. Other than that I highly recommend staying. Prices are reasonable as well.

The only decent thing about this place, is the free wifi. My room keycard deactivated 3 times and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they questioned where i had the key. I found a dead spider on the "clean" towel used as a step out towel for the bathroom. Found another spider crawling on the wall. The sheets were also stained. The ac unit and bathroom fan were so incredibly loud. Room was not properly dusted or wiped down. Overall, the staff was very standoffish. If I'm ever back in this area, i will invest in staying anywhere else but here.

This place was great! Our King room had just been completely updated and it was so clean! Fridge, microwave desk, tons of bathroom counter space, a remote control AC and a big flat screen TV with plenty of great channels plus HBO, the WiFi was super fast too. They have large vehicle parking and they are extremely pet friendly we were even given doggie treats for our dog by the front desk!! That was so nice. Breakfast was included as well. Great value for sure and we will definitely be back. Good Job Red Roof!!
