Our client Scott White recently stayed here and he says this place has it all! From the moment they checked in they were greeted with nothing but amazing hospitality. First of all when you pull into the hotel you notice it is in a very good neighborhood. Lots of places to eat are very close by.

Checking in was a breeze. Not problems and the front desk person was very friendly and professional.

The room was very large with a business area which was great for me since i work on the road. Plus the room was very clean.

Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

The holiday inn express west in Bloomington IL, is a breathe of fresh air. We arrived very late night after an exhausting drive. The staff was welcoming and checked us in a timely manner. The room is spacious with a refrigerator and a microwave. Coffee marker in the room helps as well. I was able to wake up early to use the fitness center and the pool. Both were clean and well kept.
Steak and shake is 24 hours across the street for a warm meal. Walmart is close by. Bob Evans is also available
The breakfast available was more than I expected. Eggs, make your own pancakes, fresh fruit, and toast. Would definitely return here.

This was my first stay in a Holiday Inn Express, and I will definitely be back. The property was easy to get to from the interstate, but far enough back that you didn't get any of the street noise. In the area were multiple restaurants as well as a grocery store for people staying longer or who wanted to cook for themselves. On approach, the property was clean and the parking lot was laid out well for easy access and exit.
The check in and check out processes were both very quick, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the appliances (keurig, micorwave, refrigerator, small range) all worked just fine.
The hotel has a pool and fitness center, but I did not use either of those. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was tasty and had a lot of options including vegetarian options that I didn't try, but I appreciate having the option.
I travel to central Illinois on a regular basis, I will definitely be back.

Stayed here for business reasons awhile back,starting a new job in Bloomington. This hotel was amazing!! Beds were very comfortable and the room was really clean. Loved the excellent water pressure in the shower. Never used the pool or sauna but it was there. Fresh cookies at the front desk every evening was very nice.And the breakfast bar was amazing all 4 days I stayed there. I will definitely be back!!

Okay. Wi-Fi good. Toilet paper like sandpaper! Good towels. Housekeeping could be better, hair in tub. Nice breakfast but nobody cleans! I am the only one here yet most
tables are still dirty. And Cnn on the TV?? NOT a good way to start the day! WTH?

I travel for work, and spend about 6 months of the year in hotels. With that said, I was disappointed with my experience here. My room was clean, for the most part, but had definitely not been vacuumed. I found change, bobby pins, and other debris on the floor. The breakfast area was very poorly maintained. The juice dispenser was out, the pancake dispenser was out, and several food containers sat empty for the duration of my time eating. Tables were not wiped down and there were no napkins stocked. The only real options were pre-made foods like oatmeal or cinnamon rolls. I was here for four days, and ran into this every day, so I don't believe it's an isolated thing. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

The stay was ok but they rushed us out the door. Checkout is 11am. Housekeeping kept banging on the door to see if we were gone yet starting earlier than I liked 4 times. We were gone by 1030. Customer service after the fact stepped up and admitted they were in the wrong however and made amends.

Not the best Holiday Inn. Close to the interstate. Pet friendly, but our bathroom smelled like cat pee. Room was clean and modern, but the bath tub was older. I wouldn't stay again for the price.

Great place to stay for the price. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I had what I thought was a short wait to check in but the woman at the front desk apologized and gave me extra points. Recommend.

Great location - wonderful staff! If you are traveling with dogs - there is a nice area for them as well. Only downside - placing people with dogs on 3rd floor furthest from the elevator is a bit rough when you have to take out your pet. However, room was clean, large and staff friendly!

Room was great. Beds are wonderful. Pool and whirlpool were good. Warm breakfast was welcome. Reservations outsourced over seas? Hard sale for a vacation? Very confusing.
