  Red Hot and Blue is my "go-to" restaurant for BBQ.
  
  Good, smokey chicken, beef brisket, pulled pork. Excellent ribs, also. They have catfish, burgers and salads for those who want something different. Good fries, sweet potato fries, baked beans, okra.
  
  I could eat a dozen of the corn muffins. They are moist and a little sweet. Perfect.
  
  Save room for dessert. Banana pudding or cobbler with ice cream can't be beat.
  
  Good beer selection and a full bar if you want a mixed drink.

  Awesome catering service. Rick was so helpful figuring out what and how much to order. Day of, they set everything up with chafing dishes and even let us borrow a cooler to keep the extras warm. Food was great. Will definitely use for my next party.

  Always friendly and fast service. The food is top notch every time. I eat here at least once a week. Don't pass it up if you are anywhere nearby.

  Those shaken bacon fries were amazing and had a very nice sauce in addition. Pulled pork was quiet tasty and I received a hefty portion for my sandwich.

  'Rick" the manager is absolutely great. The food and atmosphere was excellent. I enjoyed eatting ribs and watching my favorite sport on TV. 2 thumbs up!

  I arrived around 2:30 and had the two meat combo platter with baked beans and coleslaw. The service was quick and the staff friendly and helpful. I had the brisket and sausage. The brisket was good with a smokey flavor and a little of the pink associated with smoked meats. It was a little more firm than expected. The sausage was heavily spiced, mostly pepper. For me that didn't hit the spot. The sides were pretty lackluster particularly the baked beans.

  Great food! Awesome staff, I got like a mom and pop atmosphere from the place! Definitely a southern dine in experience. I only drink sweet tea when I go there because of how fresh and delicious it tastes! One of the staff told me that they smoke everything in house which I think is amazing considering most everywhere else it's all frozen. The owner actually works around there and greeted us and he was so fun to talk to! I would definitely recommend it this place! They always have drink specials so I always go at least once a week! The cheese fries are one of the best things they have!
