Oh LOL :)) I agree with previous review. I was a patient with you and never again. Never saw the doctor, never able to ask questions I guess somebody else was away who was working with him or her entry encounter was when I was half asleep at 9PM and the min I turned around, the nurse said doctor already left but she will refer my questions tomorrow to team. I do not want the nurse answering questions about med prescriptions, I want medical professional. Sorry just personal preference. People should go to facilities with established proven community practices in Upstate New York. I researched the company later - they are originally from NYC area and it clarified my confusion. We do not need NYC here. Dear Owner of the company, change your dictionary in use for terms described in response to other review and go back to NYC to strive your endeavors on own terms. The whole state does not want to be associated with NYC culture and company visions in daily practice are clear reason. Still waiting for somebody to callthe only calls you should expect are the ones from supervisory agencies looking into your daily practices at hand. I left AMA and went to Catholic rehab where I saw doctor when asked and was not treated like junkie from the street. Do not sit at the poker table when you do not know how to play poker and then, try to argue that you only learning when you loose to avoid paying the price lost.

Poor business strategy and absolutely, no compliance with NYS regulations at most times. Upper management seems to busy to have communication or assist with anything. They are not in network with insurances so all care is out of pocket deductible. Each individual party doing what is convenient on their terms, there is no team. They only will l bully you if you do not go along with their individual culture view. I observed so much staff turnover. Very opportunistic environment. Very interesting mentality of their upper management on all the process.
