  The representative I dealt with was very professional and courteous. He was respectful of my property. Safety King will always be my first choice for cleaning of duct work. I have used other companies that were less expensive but feel Safety King does a more thorough job. Thanks for your great service!

  The representative they sent out took the time to explain the process to me and answer any question I had. They did a good job cleaning the vents. The before and after pictures showed that.
  
  However, there were some issues I had with my service:
  
  1. They forgot to cover the registers in my upstairs. I had to run down and inform them before they started so the dust didn't escape through them.
  2. When reinstalling the tiles in my drop ceiling, they broke one. after it was broken, they didn't put the others back so they wouldn't break them as well. They took note of it, but it really felt like a "to bad, so sad moment". Nothing was done about it.
  3. There was a gap on the return line that they missed. A bunch of dust had escaped through it and left a small mess in a basement room. They missed it on clean up and I found it after they left.
  4. It was not clear that I would be charged a 3% fee by paying with a card. That information was not listed anywhere on their website. Supposedly they had mentioned it to me over the phone the day before my appointment. I don't remember hearing that. Either way, that messaging needs to be more clear. You bet I would have had cash on hand, had I known I would be charged 3% on a $700 job.
  
  My house absolutely needed my vents cleaned and they did that. The workers were very friendly. But for an expensive job like this I expected less problems.

  I wanted to have my air ducts cleaned and I was not sure who to call. I was referred to Safety Kings and I so happy I called and went with them. Brandon and Khalil did a fabulous job.   Tony and Zachary were great! They were both very friendly and explained the process to us. They suggested having the dryer vent cleaned as well as disinfecting the ducts, we decided to do both. They shared the before and after photos with us before they left. We were surprised at the difference….it was incredible! Thank you both so much for a job well done! We will definitely share our great experience with our friends and neighbors.

  Safety King provided accurate estimates for both time and cost, and the results were immediate. My wife knew as soon as she got home that there was a difference. The technician was very helpful and was friendly to my dogs. I’ll be doing Aeroseal in a week or so, which should really solidify the transformation in my home’s air quality. Highly recommend!
