I was driving my bike from Chicago to Miami when my front brakes locked up at a nearby intersection. After learning about my situation, driving to Miami and immediately flying back to Chicago, they immediately placed my bike first in line, went to at least 2 other shops for parts, spent over 7 hours and 2 hours past normal closing time, they only charged me for 2 hours of labor. It has been working great for the past 3 months. I highly recommend this shop as the staff will go way above and beyond.

Best place I've ever taken my bike. I'm usually traveling, but when I'm back home, I always bring my bike to Tom. I refuse to take my bike anywhere else.

My front brakes felt like they were getting mushy so I called a few places in town. They had the lowest quote for bleeding the brakes so I went there. When I showed up he said they felt okay but he could bleed them anyway if I wanted. In the end he didn't even charge me because he said they were fine. I'm not saying they'll fix your problem for free, but they're not going to try to rip you off. Will definitely go back next time I need something done.

My Buddy got his VTX 1300 clutch torn up and these guys fixed it up fast and cheap. He sent me down there to have them install a new set of tires, I dropped it off during their open house a week or so ago and they had it ready before noon the next business day. great guys, definitely worth checking it out for service or custom work.
