Realty Executives Meade and Associates Inc. has done an outstanding job of renting and managing my 5 Townhouses during the last five years. I don't hesitate whatsoever to rate this company with five stars because they earned it. They have exceeded my expectations in doing business with them. They manage my properties as if the properties were their own! Mr. Hugh Meade is a person that is committed to the Enterprise community by contributing and leading in many community functions and fund raisers in providing support to help our local citizenry.

We have been with Realty Executives for 15 years. The service has been better at times throughout our time with them. This last year (especially the last few months) has been superb. There has never been anything to make us feel that Realty Executives needs to improve. Our issues occurred a couple of years ago when there were tons of employee turnover. We plan on staying with Realty Executives. They have taken care of us just fine! We are an active duty army family, and appreciate the wonderful service.

I have dealt with Realty Executives is Enterprise, AL since July 2004 when I bought my first house through them. When I later moved in July 2005, I contracted Realty Executives to be my property manager. I have been with them ever since. They have worked with me through two deployments and numerous renters and I have been very happy with their performance. They continually keep me apprised of any actions needed on my part to maintain a good rental property. I have on several occasions checked up on my property and always found everything exactly as they described. I plan to keep my rental home with Realty Executives as long as I own the home. I am very satisfied with them and rate them amongst the best.

While stationed at Fort Rucker for nearly two years, I was a tenant of both Realty Executives and another local realty agent. As such, I was able to clearly see how terrible the service at Realty Executives was. Like others mentioned, there is little consistency concerning which realtor a tenant would be dealing with. This resulted in confusion on more than one occasion. When there were issues with the townhouse, Realty Executives was quick to spend money to fix the problem, but only once they got around to it. That's about all I can say that is good about them. The most significant issue my roommate and I encountered occurred when we moved out. We were by no means trashy tenants; however, that did not keep Realty Executives from charging us several hundred dollars for cleaning and also keeping half our security deposit to repaint the handrails -- railings which we had personally washed before we left. The issue wasn't use or abuse. Rather it was due to the low quality paint that was initially used. I believe the fact that soldiers at Fort Rucker are now forbidden from renting from Realty Executives tells the truth better than anything I can say. Don't rent from Realty Executives, you will regret it.

I used them for a few years. Like everyone else says, they are HORRIBLE at communication. My property remained vacant for several months, simply due to poor communication on their part. I have also received several vaguely worded invoices for repairs, with outlandish and unreasonable charges. I find myself having to call or email them repeatedly on a monthly basis in an attempt to straighten out reoccurring issues. I have several property management agencies, none of which I have had any of these similar issues with.

This realty agency and their building partner destroyed the rental market in Enterprise by greedily developing far too many properties than the local economy demanded; literally creating "ghost towns" of vacant properties. Now every homeowner is paying the high price of their mistake for several years to come. I think this company is common to a few of the companies known to set up near a military base and leach off of the soldiers by using every unethical business practice in which they can financially prosper with. Sadly, this really gives "military friendly" business a bad name. I pray that they are never removed from the blacklist, and I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this agency at all costs.
