Great Staff, if you like to be treated kindly and looking for Providers with exceptional knowledge, this is the place! Very affordable as well.

My husband and I came because he has not been feeling good for a week, and despite seeing PCP and being on antibiotics, he started getting worse. Tonight he had trouble breathing. They called us back, and started triage. My husband had to burp, and did so discreetly, but the triage nurse said "eww I could smell that burp," and pulled away from him. Given that the man has been sick, and would not choose to be in urgent care on a Friday evening, the nurse's response was rude, and humiliating to him. He told her as much, and she minimized it. We should have walked out, but he was really having wheezing and trouble breathing, so we just stayed. We will never be coming back here again.

Had ok service until now. When I went in I was feeling terribly sick and that's the point of an Urgent care. But when I went in i asked if they were still taking patience since it was close to closing. I signed in and sat down and then a nurse said I had to leave. Worst service ever!!! Stay away.

This is by far my favorite Dr. office now. Everyone is very kind and I love that they take walk ins because you ever know when your going to be sick. Dr. Ebner always makes time to converse and ask me about my family. Anyother Dr. made me feel as a number. I can tell she listens to my symptoms because she repeats them to me and tells me why she prescribes the action or medicine. Very clean also, I see them clean all the time. Thanks Dr. Ebner and team you all exceed my expectations by far.

Horrible. Aside from being an overall depressing environment, the customer service component is non existent. In area where new urgent care facilities are cropping up every day they should understand that people now have many choices. They "forgot" about me today. Left me in an exam room with only a few patients to work with and they forgot about me. After what seemed like forever I finally left but not before being chastised by a gal at the front station who informed me that the pa works 14 hour shifts and things happen. Additionally, she informed me that I didn't have an appointment. I reminded her that the sign on the door says walkins welcome. Our entire family has used the services at this clinic for years. Mostly because it's easier to go there than start again at a new facility. Today we will begin using another company/office. My advice: it all starts with customer service. Snotty front desk folks can kill a business.

Complete waste of time and money. None of the issues were resolved. The office staff was very pleasant but the NP was rude and almost hostile.

This place is Awesome, I have been going here for at least 6 years, the staff is very friendly and I'm a clean freak, the place is kinda old but very, very clean, you can tell the staff really cares, this is always refreshing. I had an incident and needed 8 stitches in my forehead.
Dr Jackson came into the room, her demeanor made me feel like I had already known her for years, I can say, one of the best doctors I've seen in years. The overall experience was GREAT!!!
I have used other medical centers in the past because they were closer to me, my Google reviews have trash each one. I will make the drive, I will never go anywhere else.
And you will be hard pressed to get the service you get here anywhere else. Oh yeah, they don't steal your money, the rest of the medical field needs to learn from them. $50.00 office visit, more than fair.
Grand total of $200.00 for 8 stitches. Now that's Affordable Health Care.
I paid that in 1990 for stitches from my family doctor I knew all my life.response / report this review -

It appears this is a good clinic for adults, but NOT THE PLACE FOR KIDS. We're new to Georgia and I didn't have a pediatrician set up yet. My son hurt his arm, but I wasn't sure if it was serious or not. Their office was spacious and neat. We were seen in 15 minutes. It was evident to them he needed an XRay, and the PA or nurse took him and insisted that I couldn't come. He's 8 years old, scared and in pain, yes I'm going to come, but she wouldn't let me in the room. I almost grabbed him and left from the authoritarian tone of her voice toward him (I should have). She was a cranky person. The MD on staff admitted she was sympathetic because she had grandchildren and I think she did the best she knew how. But his injury was a serious break. He was in tremendous pain and uncomfortable there and so the MD and nurse agreed to give him a painful injection to help with his anxiety and pain, despite his protests. I was under the impression that we'd all agreed to wait. Rather than speaking to him or finding a gentle way to encourage the injection, they chose a surprise attack, forcing him down, pulling his pants down and bit and injecting him. It was traumatic. When I realized I had no choice I laid on his chest and spoke to him to calm him. It was horrible. Worst of all, the MD then sent us to Atlanta Children's Care on Satellite (who are lovely people), with a map. We waited there 3 hours, till 9:30pm. Where the staff was appalled, because that was the last place he should have been. So they sent us to the ER. Don't take children here, and I would question their guidance altogether.

FIRST TIME 'NEW PATIENT" APPOINTMENT CHARGE.. WHAT!!
We were seen by them and spent hours waiting to get refer us.. (1 hr waiting to be seen and another hour to refer us out)

When the bill came, they charge us for a "new patient" visit which cost significantly more than a regular office visit.
We could have went to Ugent care much cheaper!!!.
The doctor was in our room for 5min to refer us then charged us for a 30min new patient visit like they actually performed doctor duties.
They may be able to see you on short notice, but if this is your first visit beware they have a "first time patient" visit they charge you.
THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.response / report this review
