Nice place. Great taste of food. You only pay $9 for lunch! A great option to grab food around Downtown Phoenix.
An innattentive server meant I was forced to utilize the buffet. The food was good, just not what I wanted. No second cup of coffee even offered. The satisfaction survey keeps spinning, not loading.
This place is amazing honestly, it's such a beautiful sight on the inside as the view they have on the outside. We came for Thanksgiving Dinner which is a fixed menu. The appetizers were fresh, crisp garden salads. Our Entree was amazing juicy turkey😍, not dried out, with smashed potatoes and gravy😍 and other stuff 🤣 The dessert I can't remember what it was called, but it tasted like mini chocolate pumpkin pie and had a caramel sauce with it 😍 the wine, Chardonnay, was the best I've had and fresh aswell I can actually say I have nothing bad to say about this place😙😙😙
**Just a heads up. If you plan on eating here, this is an "upscale" restaurant so the prices vary. Our dinner of 7 came to $500 with a sr discount and it was a set menu.**
Great food and service! I was really hungry and would have been too stuffed if I finished my dinner. Had to stop even though it was really good.
I have been staying at the Sheraton and looked for places to eat but really this restaurant is great and didn't need to look further. Good drink selection. Extremely attentive staff and really good food. I found no reason to go elsewhere. Sadly it was never really as busy as it seems it should be so hopefully it was just a timing thing.
Ate here for lunch, had the steak and fries. It was a great value, the food was good, location was convenient. Local beers on tap.
Excellent happy hour downtown, dinner was tasty and creative. Cute gimmick with cotton candy for dessert. I'd recommend this place before a game.
Good service. Variety of gourmet selections. Fresh and local ingredients. Most everything - food & drink - has some form of pepper. Not overpowering though. Wonderful presentation. Yummy cocktails.
Was assaulted by a customer leaving the bar. I personally deliver food and water to the less fortunate around the area as a way of giving back to my community. This white male exited the the bar and yelled at me about my treatment of my beloved dog "sluggo". I confronted him about how well I treat him. By the way, I would die for this dog. He is my child, and means everything to me. I was then elbowed in the face maybe more. (Not sure because I was knocked a bit silly). I did have the composure to resist retaliation. His friend apologized for what happened. I don't blame the bar or hotel, but I do think they could have accomedated the situation much more professionally.
Amazing food and service a Flat Iron steak so tender I could cut it with a fork! Veggies from the fourth floor garden to insure freshness and flavor! And a dessert to die for!
Waited 10 minutes after being seated for the waitress to come over. Steak was over-cooked and over-priced. Beet salad was good but only 4 thin slices of beets.
They have great prices on Sundays and the menu is awsome. Never had a disappointing meal and I go there a lot. Very pretty and the atmosphere couldn't be nicer.
My colleagues and I were here for lunch. The restaurant has a great $9 promotion. I had the steak with asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly. The Demi glaze over the steak was a nice complement. My server Liz was attentive, kind, and anticipated what I was going to ask for. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be back again!!
It's okay, nothing really stands out. Food was decent. Their beers taps and lines have not been cleaned for a while, all beer was slightly sour really through the taste off, I went through 4 different beers. Would have expected better
