Didn't rate any lower because we ultimately agreed that they won't touch my mother's car. My mom believed it was being fixed for three months, so I had to call and ask for the bill and when I can pick it up. No work done, no parts ordered. In my experience " mechanics" you have to keep calling aren't that good and they left a lot of bad portents and clues of their work.

Jake is great guy. Bought new tires yesterday at a great price installed and front end alignment. Go see for any work you may need done on your auto or truck.
