I have been using Pugh's for about 3 years. Their work is top notch and their prices are very fair. Today, I couldn't find a ride to work after driving my truck off, so the owner (Josh) drove me to work. Great people, great mechanics.

Found this repair shop to be of good quality and integrity overall. The customers seemed very happy to be coming here, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very comfortable and welcome. The prices were very fair, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.

I did have an issue, communication-wise, on what I needed done, when I had already confirmed the work to be done ahead of time. I ended up having to come back at a later date to resolve said issue, but I was fairly compensated for the time. It was an understandable issue as it was a slightly bizzare situation, not a normal run of the mill repair.

I say all this with experience of 10 years as a mechanic and having been in the shop and behind the counter myself, that this shop is very well put together and worth investing your time/money. This is one of the good ones that legit take care of their customers. I honestly say i wish I had worked here vs the other 4 shops I have in the past.
