Good locating off of highway. WiFi and breakfast included. No lotion. Got loud on my floor (shouting across the hallway/ drunk at midnight. Few other guests had to tell them to be quiet. Found a few red stains on the bed sheets and blanket.

Very nice room. Nice staff. My room was first floor right out of lobby and next to ice machine so it was annoyingly loud. I still got good sleep though.

Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was adequate (it's continental, so that's the top end of the rating). Room was nice sized, but the decor is aging. The stand up shower was a nice touch, but the rest of the bathroom clearly wasn't remodeled at the same time.

Nice place. The hotel is nice and clean but the amenities are small, the gym only has 2 treadmills and was crowded throughout the week. Breakfast was o.k. and typical. The staff was very nice. Overall a good place to stay while out if town for business.

Check in was great, room was ready and clean, well stocked. BREAKFAST was great, the hostess was professional, friendly, and kept foods replenished. Loved the king bed! The suite was very roomy and two TVs was an added benefit. Only suggestion would be spot clean sofas and upholstery for spills from prior guest!

Recently updated interior. New exercise equipment was nice. Like all Fairfield Inns they do not have an in house restaurant. Rooms on the Haynes Bridge Road side are noisy. Old style PTAC units are also noisy. Friendly staff though.

Acceptable room. Breakfast selection is sub par compared to competitors. And perhaps more importantly, the whole breakfast dining area is ridiculously small, your going to be sitting at a table with a random person you don't know

Great location and staff. Typical Fairfield Inn with a market and above average breakfast. Room remodeled and the bed comfortable, but noise from the street is pretty loud. Ask for a room in the back if this bothers you. Room was fairly clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Other people's hair in the shower and on the floor and the exaust vent was filthy. Overall a pretty good stay and I will stay again.

Very clean and the staff are nice, but the renovations done last year seem to have been nothing more than putting lipstick on a pig. The last room I got the bed was very worn out (like sleeping in a hammock), the A/C unit smelled like an unwashed locker room and kept waking me up in the night with loud popping noises, the toilet was loose and tipping, and the "modern" shower unit was just a pane of glass without a door, which meant I was cold the whole time. I will not be staying here again.

Karen the Manager and her staff are amazing. They all went above and beyond during my week stay for work. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable.

The lobby was very well put together, and overall very clean and professional looking. I loved how the staff has a table near the check in/out desk for snack such as fresh baked cookies, and freshly made coffee. Also the hotel has a small but solid fitness room that I really like. Lastly I Really enjoyed my twin bed room. It was immaculate.

The rooms on the front of the building are loud, was tough to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helped to recommend a near by restaurant. Hallways seem old with paint color scheme and lighting. Hallways were warm. Breakfast selection was ok, not as robust in selection as other Fairfield Inn & Suites I have stayed at in the past. The shower has no door and had to put down extra towels on the floor (seems weird set up).
I would have liked to rate a 3 star for the staff friendliness and the other factors pulled it down.
